Description
The invention relates to the field of animal husbandry and can be used to reduce the loss of meat products and increase its quality indicators in young cattle under the influence of stress factors caused by a change in location, diet, feeding period, growing, taking blood, vaccination, weighing and other
In recent years, in our country, in animal husbandry, to prevent stress in young cattle resulting from various technological and veterinary measures, some antioxidants have been used (1, 2), which have a high adaptogenic effect when exposed to adverse technological factors on the body.
(4, 5).One of the known and effective adaptogens for animals is migugen (3), colamine (4, 5).
The essence of this invention lies in the fact that for the first time as a means of preventing stress in young cattle, the complex preparation Migugen + Colamine with a selected composition of synergistically interacting compounds is used, which determines higher physiological activity, activates the antioxidant complex, and increases resistance to stress.
Concrete example
In order to determine the optimal feeding doses of the complex Migugen + Colamine (KMK) in a ratio of 1: 1 by us in JSC named after N.E. Tokarlikova, Almetyevsk region of the Republic of Tatarstan, eight groups of black-and-white bulls of six months of age, ten animals each, were selected. The control was a group of animals that received the main diet (RR) and for comparing RR with doses of migugen (experimental I) and colamine (experimental II), which were taken from the previously recommended as optimal for reducing stress in young cattle, and in III, IV, V, VI, and VII experimental - the complex of these drugs (CMC) in the studied options in accordance with the experimental scheme (table 1). All drugs used were fed to animals five days before exposure to the stress factor and the same amount after its termination.
Результаты исследований показали, что при переводе с I на II периоды выращивания у животных возникало стрессовое состояние в виде беспокойства, мышечной дрожи, повышения температуры тела, изменения частоты пульса и дыхания (табл.2).The results of the studies showed that when moving from I to II periods of growth, animals experienced a stress state in the form of anxiety, muscle tremors, fever, changes in heart rate and respiration (Table 2).
У бычков контрольной группы при возникновении стрессового состояния температура тела повышалась на 0,3°С (Р<0,05), частота пульса - на 23,3% (Р<0,001), частота дыхания - на 23,4% (Р<0,001).In gobies of the control group, when a stressful condition occurred, body temperature increased by 0.3 ° C (P <0.05), heart rate by 23.3% (P <0.001), respiratory rate by 23.4% (P < 0.001).
3,1-9,4%.When feeding animals with the Migugen + Colamine complex (group III, IV, V, VI, and VII), these changes in clinical indicators were noted to a lesser extent, especially in groups IV, V, VI, and VII. So, the body temperature in these cases did not increase, however, the pulse rate increased, but only by 1.9-13.1%, the respiratory rate - by 3.1-9.4%.
The stress state affected the morphological and biochemical composition of the blood (Table 3), and the indicators of protein, carbohydrate, and lipid metabolism increased in the body.
5,4%.More dramatic changes in hematological parameters were observed in gobies of the control group, and less noticeable in peers of groups IV, V, VI, and VII. Moreover, compared with the initial level in the blood of animals of the control group, the number of red blood cells increased by 10% (P <0.001), white blood cells by 13% (P <0.001), hemoglobin by 4.0% (P <0.01), total protein by 8.2% (P <0.001), sugar by 27.6% (P <0.001), lipids 28.6% (P <0.001); I experienced respectively 6.3; 7.8; 1.7; 4.1; 17.9 and 14%; II experimental at 5.0; 6.3; 6.7; 3.1; 10.3 and 12.5%; III - by 7.4; 10.2; 2.8; 6.4; 28.6 and 27.3%; IV - 4.9; 9.1; 3.1; 3.9; 17.9 and 15.8%; V - by 3.8; 5.1; 1.1; 3.0; 6.9 and 10.7%; VI - by 2.5; 5.1; 1.1; 1.5; 6.9 and 9.1%; VII - by 3.8; 6.5; 1,2; 1.9; 14.3 and 5.4%.
An increase in the blood hematocrit in gobies during the study period indicates that under stress loads dehydration of animal body tissues occurs and this process is manifested to a lesser extent when feeding the drug in experimental groups IV, V and VI.
Consequently, with an increase in the complex dose of migugen + colamine in a ratio of 1: 1 to 3040 mg per kg of live weight (IV, V and VI experimental groups), the hematological parameters were close to the initial level.
(5,0%,).Feeding the drug in these groups ensured an average daily gain of 915–917 g (Table 4). In the control group, the absolute increase in live weight per experiment was 50.4 kg, while in the experimental group it increased by 2.5 kg, respectively (4.9%); 1.8 (3.5%); 1.0 (2.0%); 3.2 (6.5%); 4.6 (0.1%); 4.4 (8.9%) and 2.5 kg (5.0%,).
The use of migugen + colamine complex in the ratio 1: 1 as an anti-stress drug when feeding young cattle is cost-effective (Table 5). It allowed to obtain additional products in the amount of 81.4-170.2 rubles. on 1 head. The greatest economic effect was achieved by feeding the drug at a dose of 30-40 mg / kg body weight.
Thus, to reduce production losses under the influence of technological stress factors, it is more advantageous to use a complex preparation of a mixture of migugene + colamine in a ratio of 1: 1 at a dose of 30-40 mg / kg of live weight.
