Abstract
Description
The invention relates to fodder production, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, namely to feed additives and methods for feeding them to farm animals and poultry in order to prevent stress factors.
Known feed additive "Zeoton" for the prevention of mycotoxicoses of birds and the method of feeding it, including natural zeolite and sodium thiosulfate (see RF patent No. 2262863 dated October 27, 2005 A23K 1/16, 1/175), which has detoxification properties.
- №2. 2001. - С. 47-50).Known feed additive containing natural zeolite - sahaptin (TU 9318-001-10185443-97), which includes macro - and micronutrients vital for the animal body, and method of its application. The additive has adsorption, ion-exchange, detoxification and prolonging properties and is used for the prevention of mycotoxicoses (Akhmetov F.G., Ivanov A.V., Tremasov M.Ya. Prevention of mycotoxicoses in animals. // Veterinary. - No. 2. 2001. - C 47-50).
However, these feed additives are not used as adaptogens.
Known adaptogens used in livestock and poultry to prevent stress in the production of meat and eggs. The most widespread use of various pharmacological agents (neuroleptics, tranquilizers and sedatives (aminosine, chlorpromazine, reserpine, fenozepam, seduxen, etc.). In most cases, they are used by subcutaneous, intramuscular or oral administration with water, which allows how to partially reduce the negative impact of stress factors on animals and birds, and to reduce the loss of live and slaughter weight.
However, it should be said that despite the positive effect of the use of tranquilizers, antipsychotics and sedatives, it has a number of significant drawbacks, namely:
- непродолжительность действия (3-4 часа после введения и резко эффект снижается);- short duration of action (3-4 hours after administration and the effect decreases sharply);
- высокая стоимость, трудности при введении (создание дополнительных стрессов при фиксации).- high cost, difficulties in insertion (creation of additional stress during fixation).
It should be noted that these drugs have found application for the prevention of transport stress.
- С. 382).Eleutheraccoca preparations and Rhodiola rosea extract, which have the same properties, are also used as adaptogens. Both drugs are prescribed for the correction of technological stresses for 2-3 weeks (See Pharmacology, - Kolos, 1997. - S. 382).
Synthetic adaptogen Aurol is known (see P RF No. 2181587 dated April 27, 2002, Bull. No. 12). However, it should be noted that despite the positive result of the application, the creation process is complex and energy-intensive, which increases the cost of the target product.
The closest solution adopted for the prototype is a biologically active additive (liquid feed concentrate - "Furor") containing peat humic and fulvic acids produced according to THE 9296-001-88601486-15, which due to growth-stimulating, immunomodulatory, antiviral, antibacterial action leads to adaptation to changing conditions for keeping birds. The unique ability to intensify metabolic processes is effectively manifested in living organisms. The use of humates leads to an acceleration in the growth of animals, a decrease in diseases and mortality, an increase in the body's resistance to adverse environmental conditions, as well as to toxins in feed.
(http://rpsn-agro.ru/organicheskiy-kormovoy-kontsentrat-furor-di).However, it should be noted that despite the positive effect, the use of "Furor" has a significant drawback - the specified adaptogen "Furor" is used exclusively by feeding animals and birds, which makes it difficult to use it in poultry farming. The claimed invention is aimed at eliminating these disadvantages. (http://rpsn-agro.ru/organicheskiy-kormovoy-kontsentrat-furor-di).
The objective of the present invention is to expand the arsenal of feed additives for birds with adaptogenic properties for the prevention of bird stress.
%:The problem is solved by the fact that the feed additive for the prevention of stress factors in poultry, including natural zeolite and Furor feed concentrate, according to the invention, contains natural zeolite and Furor feed concentrate in the following ratios of the initial components, wt. %:
The essence of the invention also lies in the fact that in a method for the prevention of stress factors in birds, characterized in that they use a feed additive consisting of natural zeolite and Furor feed concentrate in the following ratio of initial components, wt. %: natural zeolite - 85, feed concentrate "Furor" - 15 and fed to birds in the amount of 3-5% by weight of the main diet of the bird.
Method for preparing a feed additive.
Предлагаемую кормовую добавку готовят следующим образом: кормовая добавка готовится методом орошения природного цеолита - сахаптина (фракция 1-3 мм для птицы) водным раствором «Фурор» жидкий при следующих соотношениях компонентов, масс %.The proposed feed additive is prepared as follows: the feed additive is prepared by irrigating natural zeolite - shaptin (fraction 1-3 mm for poultry) with an aqueous solution "Furor" liquid at the following ratios of components, wt%.
For this, a feed liquid concentrate is taken - "Furor", which is injected (irrigated) with zeolite-sakhaptin, in a ratio of 1:10, then thoroughly mixed in mixers and dried on racks in a gentle mode of 30-40 ° C to constant humidity. As a result of irrigation and drying, furor is adsorbed on natural zeolite - sakhaptin. The resulting feed additive can be added to the main diet.
The finished feed additive is packaged in plastic bags from 3 to 20 kg, labeled and delivered to the consumer, where it is mixed with the main poultry feed.
The feed additive was given the name "Cef".
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1. The effect of introducing various doses of the feed additive "Cef" to the main diet in the presence of a stress factor was studied. To conduct research on the principle of analogues, we formed 5 groups of chickens of 10 heads, growing them according to the traditional technology of keeping and feeding. All groups were stressed.
(Таблица 1).The 1st control group received 100% of the basic diet (RR), the 2nd 100% RR + 3% Cef, the 3rd 100% RR + 4% Cef, the 4th 100% RR + 5% " Cef", 5th 100% OR + 6% "Cef". (Table 1).
Various studied doses (3.4.5) of the feed additive "Cef" had a positive, but not the same effect, both on reducing losses under the influence of stress factors, and on the subsequent increase in live weight. The most optimal (reasonable) dose is 3-4% of the introduction of the main diet "Cef" for such technological stresses as housing and feeding conditions, when changing the feeding phase, formation (picking) and moving from room to room, preparation for oviposition.
2.Example 2
The effect of the feed concentrate "Cef" on chickens of the egg direction Rhodeyland cross isa-brown, under stress on growth and development in different age periods, was studied.
To conduct research on the principle of analogues, five groups of chickens, 10 heads each, were formed. In each. The chickens were grown according to the traditional technology in CBN cages in the vivarium of the Institute of Economics and Far East of the Siberian Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, with adjustable feeding and microclimate parameters.
2).The conditions for feeding the birds corresponded to the standards adopted for cockerels of the egg direction Rhodeyland cross isa-brown. (Table 2).
«Цеф» вводили в комбикорм путем смешивания (3-5% от объема рациона).From 21 to 65 days of age, chickens were kept in small cages, then from 65 to 105 days of age they were kept in CBN cages. The chickens received high-quality granular compound feed of the company, "Biopro" PK-2. "Cef" was introduced into the compound feed by mixing (3-5% of the diet volume).
Compound feed for chickens 1-28 days old. Grain mixture, vegetable proteins, vegetable oil, amino acid enzyme complex, feed antibiotic, vitamins, macro- and microelements, palatability improver, antioxidant.
From 29-105 days. Ingredients: Wheat, barley, soybean and sunflower meal, corn gluten, limestone, vegetable fats, enzyme complex, methionine, lysine, feed antibiotic, vitamins, macro- and microelements, antioxidant.
Determination of the effectiveness of Cef concentrate for 44 days of maintenance at various doses of administration, it was found that in the 2nd experimental group the average daily gain in live weight was higher by 1.3% than in the 1st control group and lower by 0.3% than in Group 3 with 100% safety.
4).At 65 days of age, the chickens were transferred to CBN-1 cage batteries, where they were kept until 105 days of age. The chicks were observed daily and weighed weekly. For 40 days of experience, an increase in the average daily gain in live weight of chickens in the 2nd experimental group was noted by 3.25% compared to the 1st control group and by 1.24% compared to the 3rd experimental group (Table 4).
3.Example 3
Group 1 chickens served as pure controls, and group 2 chickens served as controls for all experimental groups. Chickens of groups 2-5 were periodically subjected to stress (no food was given, water was not given, chickens were subjected to noise effects, light stress factors were widely used). The chickens of the experimental groups were given low-toxic feed.
Experience Scheme
Group 1 chickens were given 100% basal diet (RR) and were not subjected to stress factors. Group 2 chickens received 100% RR and were stressed. The third group received 100% OR + 5% zeolite-sahaptin and were stressed, the fourth group received 100% OR + liquid furor at the rate of 2 mg/kg of live weight and were stressed, the fifth group received 100% OR + 5% Cef and were under stress.
We found that in the 2nd control group, the average daily gain in live weight was lower by 10% than in the 1st group kept without stress.
(Таблица 5).In the 3rd experimental group, the average daily gain was higher by 9.22% compared to the 2nd control group, and in the 4th group by 11.0% compared to the 2nd control group. In the fifth group, by 14.6%, where the diet included the Cef feed additive. (Table 5).
The mass of the gutted carcass in the control group 2, this figure was 66.7% of the live weight 1401 (971.4 g carcass weight), in the 5th experimental group 70% of the live weight 1624.2 g (1077.8 carcass weight) , and in the fourth experimental group 69.5% of live weight 1606.2 (1026.8 g carcass weight), the 3rd group 67.9% of live weight 1547.8 (996.3 g carcass weight). In the experimental groups, there is a tendency to increase the yield of meat.
9%.From the results of the experiment it can be seen that the losses from stress factors without the use of adaptogens and feed additives amounted to 9%.
The data obtained showed that "Cef" is effective in stress and more effective than the components introduced into the composition used separately. Biochemical parameters of blood among the groups had no significant differences. Feeding birds before and after stress Cef significantly reduced their stress state, which was confirmed in life manifestations (they are less depressed and more mobile compared to their peers from the control group.
4.Example 4
In an experiment on 21 day old chickens, a study was made of the effect of a feed additive on the prevention of feed stress (mycotoxicoses) in chickens from 31 days to 95 days of age. For 62 days of experience, the increase in live weight fluctuated in groups.
Experience Scheme
Из полученных данных следует прирост во 2-ой опытной группе (без кормовой добавки) был достоверно меньше на 8%, тогда как в 3-й опытной группе с добавкой «Цеф» прирост был выше на 2,5% по отношению к 1 контрольной группе (Таблица 6).1 control - 100% OR, experimental - 100% OR + 6% fungus culture containing 616 mg/kg T-2 toxin, 3 experimental - 100% OR - 6% fungus culture + 5% "Cef". From the data obtained, the increase in the 2nd experimental group (without feed additive) was significantly less by 8%, while in the 3rd experimental group with the addition of "Cef" the increase was higher by 2.5% compared to the 1st control group (Table 6).
For 53 days of experience from chickens, where 5% "Cef" was added to the compound feed contaminated with T-2 mycotoxin, an additional increase in live weight was obtained in relation to the 1st control group of 106.3 grams and in relation to the 2nd control group 106, 3 grams. The average live weight of a chicken before slaughter in the 2nd group was 95 grams less than in the 1st group, and a strong feed stress factor had a strong feed stress factor on weight loss. The increase in live weight of chickens with a feed stress factor in the 3rd group was influenced by the feed additive "Cef". Bilirubin values in the 2nd group were higher than in the 1st group. The indicators of calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, potassium and cholesterol in chickens of the 3rd group in comparison with the 1st group had slight fluctuations and did not have significant differences. These indicators indicate the safety of the feed additive. Studies have shown the effectiveness of "Cef" in feed stress, expressed in obtaining an increase in live weight of chickens and maintaining their health.
As a result of the research, it was found that the claimed feed additive "Cef" has a positive effect on the clinical condition of chickens, contributes to an increase in the average daily gain in live weight of chickens, which indicates its effectiveness under stress.
