Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, and in particular to a method for the cultivation of oats on sloping lands.
A known method of cultivating oats, including autumn tillage: stubble cultivation and autumn tillage with a plow or plane cutter to a depth of 20-22 cm. Moreover, spring tillage according to a known method includes harrowing, pre-sowing cultivation and sowing of oats.
(1:5)-(1:10). There is also known a method of cultivating crops, which consists in the fact that 3-6 days after sowing, plane cutting with strip rolling is carried out with a ratio of sowing depth and plane cutting equal to (1: 5) - (1:10).
The disadvantage of this method of cultivation of crops is the increased energy consumption during its implementation and increased runoff of melt water. With an increase in the flow of meltwater, the soil is washed away, the nutrient elements of fertilizers. All this contributes to the deterioration of the ecological environment.
The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of oats by reducing the flow of melt water while reducing energy consumption.
1:8. This is achieved by the fact that the autumn tillage is carried out by slitting it across the slope at a depth of 50-60 cm with a distance between the passes of the aggregate 4-5 m, and 2-3 days after sowing, the soil is snapped to a depth of 30-40 cm with strip rolling with a ratio of the depth of sowing and slitting equal to (1: 6) - (1: 8). The ratio of the depth of sowing and slitting when dump plowing is 1: 6, and when plane cutting 1: 8.
The method is as follows.
Immediately after harvesting (the previous culture), stubble peeling is carried out with the BIG-3 needle harrow to a depth of 6-8 cm. Then, 30-40 days after peeling, the soil is snapped across the slope to a depth of 50-60 cm with a distance between aggregate passes of 4-5 m. After pre-sowing cultivation with simultaneous sowing of oats for 2-3 days, sizing is carried out to a depth of 30-40 cm with strip rolling at a ratio of sowing and slitting depth equal to (1: 6) - (1: 8). The strip rolling of the treated surface, carried out by rollers of the slotter during the ShP-3-70 slotting, eliminates excessive friability in the zone of soil cracks and evens out its surface. All this activates microbiological processes in the soil, providing plants with mineral nutrients in an accessible form and obtaining a high yield of oats (52.8 c / ha). Good water-physical properties of eroded soil, obtained as a result of the application of the proposed method, provide a softening of the plow sole, increase the content of available moisture in the soil, reduce surface runoff and flush it during spring snowmelt.
With a slotting depth of 50-60 with aggregate passes every 4-5 m, as well as 2-3 days after sowing to a depth of 30-40 cm, in these variants, as a result of three years of research, yields were increased by 3-4 kg / ha and 5-10 mm decrease in meltwater runoff compared with other options.
As a result of the application of the proposed method, energy consumption is reduced during the cultivation of oats by 4.0-4.5 times compared with energy consumption with known methods.
