Claims (51)

1. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция, содержащая:
а) порошок металлического лития;
b) полимерное связующее, при этом полимерное связующее совместимо с порошком металлического лития;
c) модификатор реологии, при этом модификатор реологии совместим с порошком металлического лития и полимерным связующим; и
d) растворитель, при этом растворитель совместим с порошком металлического лития и полимерным связующим.
2. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в котором порошок металлического лития представляет собой стабилизированный порошок металлического лития.
3. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в котором порошок металлического лития легирован металлом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из алюминия, бора, германия, кремния, индия и магния.
4. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, где вязкость пригодной для печатания литиевой композиции при сдвиге 10 с-1 составляет от примерно 20 до примерно 20000 сП.
5. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, где пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция является химически стабильной до шести месяцев при комнатной температуре и устойчивой к потере металлического лития при температурах до примерно 60°C.
6. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой модификатор реологии представляет собой электропроводный материал.
7. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 6, в которой проводящий материал выбран из группы, состоящей из углеродной сажи, углеродных нанотрубок и графена.
8. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой модификатор реологии обеспечивает улучшенную емкость и является электрохимически активным.
9. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 8, в которой модификатор реологии, обеспечивающий улучшенную емкость, выбран из группы, состоящей из кремниевых нанотрубок, графита, твердого углерода и графена.
10. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой модификатор реологии обеспечивает улучшенную стабильность.
11. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой модификатор реологии выбран из группы, состоящей из углеродистых материалов, кремнийсодержащих материалов, оловосодержащих материалов, оксидов группы IIA, оксидов группы IIIA, оксидов группы IVB, оксидов группы VB и оксидов группы VIA.
12. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 11, в которой углеродный материал выбран из группы, состоящей из углеродной сажи, углеродных нанотрубок, графита, твердого углерода и графена.
13. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 11, в которой кремнийсодержащий материал выбран из группы, состоящей из кремниевых нанотрубок и коллоидного диоксида кремния.
14. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 11, в которой оксид группы IVB выбран из группы, состоящей из диоксида титана и диоксида циркония.
15. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 11, в которой оксид группы IIIA представляет собой оксид алюминия.
16. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой полимерное связующее имеет молекулярную массу от 1000 до 8000000 и выбирается из группы, состоящей из ненасыщенных эластомеров, насыщенных эластомеров, термопластов, полиакриловой кислоты, поливинилиденхлорида и поливинилацетата.
17. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 16, в которой ненасыщенный эластомер выбран из группы, состоящей из бутадиенового каучука, изобутилена и бутадиен-стирольного каучука.
18. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 16, в которой насыщенный эластомер выбран из группы, состоящей из этилен-пропилендиенового мономерного каучука и этилен-винилацетата.
19. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по пункту 16, в которой термопласт выбран из группы, состоящей из полистирола, полиэтилена и полимеров этиленоксида.
20. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 19, в которой полимеры этиленоксида выбраны из группы, состоящей из поли(этиленгликоля) и поли(этиленоксида).
21. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, в которой растворитель выбран из группы, состоящей из алканов, толуола, этилбензола, кумола, ксилола, сульфонов, минерального масла, глимов и изопарафиновых синтетических углеводородных растворителей.
22. Анод, который содержит пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по п. 1.
23. Монолитный анод для батареи с твердым электролитом, содержащий пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по п. 1.
24. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция по п. 1, содержащая раствор на основе:
а) от 5 до 50 процентов порошка металлического лития;
b) от 0,1 до 20 процентов полимерного связующего;
c) от 0,1 до 30 процентов модификатора реологии;
d) от 50 до 95 процентов растворителя.
25. Батарея, содержащая катод, разделитель, электролит и анод, в которой анод содержит пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по п. 1.
26. Батарея, содержащая катод, разделитель, электролит и анод, в которой катод содержит пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по п. 1.
27. Батарея с твердым электролитом, содержащая катод, анод и твердый электролит, в которой твердый электролит содержит пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по пункту 1.
28. Батарея с твердым электролитом, содержащая катод, анод и твердый электролит, в которой анод содержит пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию по пункту 1.
29. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция, которая содержит:
а) порошок металлического лития;
b) полимерное связующее, при этом полимерное связующее совместимо с порошком металлического лития; и
c) модификатор реологии, при этом модификатор реологии совместим с порошком металлического лития и полимерным связующим.
30. Пригодная для печатания литиевая композиция, содержащая раствор на основе:
а) от 5 до 50 процентов порошок металлического лития;
b) от 0,1 до 20 процентов полимерного связующего;
c) от 0,1 до 30 процентов модификатора реологии; а также
d) от 50 до 95 процентов растворителя.
31. Способ применения пригодной для печатания литиевой композиции, где способ включает:
обеспечение пригодной для печатания литиевой композиции, содержащей порошок металлического лития, полимерное связующее, совместимое с порошком металлического лития, и модификатор реологии, совместимый с порошком металлического лития и полимерным связующим;
и нанесение пригодной для печатания литиевой композиции на подложку.
32. Способ по п. 31, в котором пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию наносят на анод, катод, твердый электролит, токоприемник или материал-носитель.
33. Способ по п. 31, в котором пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию наносят толщиной от примерно 10 микрон до примерно 200 микрон.
34. Способ по п. 31, в котором пригодную для печатания литиевую композицию наносят способом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из распыления, экструзии, покрытия, печати, окраски, окунания и напыления.
