Claims (17)

1. Инъекционная фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая наночастицы мелоксикама и стабилизатор поверхности, отличающаяся тем, что указанная фармацевтическая композиция дополнительно содержит ингибитор седиментации, причем ингибитор седиментации представляет собой одно или более, выбранное из группы, состоящей из глицерина, пропиленгликоля, полиэтиленгликоля, альбумина, гидроксиэтилкрахмала, натриевой соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы и гидроксипропил-β-циклодекстрина, предпочтительно - одно или более из глицерина, полиэтиленгликоля и гидроксиэтилкрахмала, и более предпочтительно глицерин.
2. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение мелоксикама к ингибитору седиментации составляет от 1:0,1 до 1:100, предпочтительно - от 1:0,1 до 1:50, более предпочтительно - от 1:0,5 до 1:20, и наиболее предпочтительно - от 1:0,5 до 1:10.

Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что стабилизатор поверхности представляет собой одно или более, выбранное из группы, состоящей из поливинилпирролидона, поливинилового спирта, гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы, Твина-80, полоксамера, 15-гидроксистеарата полиэтиленгликоля, лецитина, дезоксихолата натрия, холата натрия, додецилсульфоната натрия и додецилсульфата натрия.
4. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение мелоксикама к стабилизатору поверхности может составлять от 1:0,01 до 1:100, предпочтительно - от 1:0,01 до 1:50, более предпочтительно - от 1:0,05 до 1:5, и наиболее предпочтительно - от 1:0,1 до 1:1.
5. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что стабилизатор поверхности не содержит глицерина.
6. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что стабилизатор поверхности содержит первый стабилизатор поверхности и второй стабилизатор поверхности, причем первый стабилизатор поверхности выбран из группы, состоящей из неионогенных стабилизаторов поверхности и цвиттерионных стабилизаторов поверхности, предпочтительно - из поливинилпирролидона, поливинилового спирта, гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы, Твина-80, полоксамера, 15-гидростеарата полиэтиленгликоля или лецитина, и более предпочтительно - из поливинилпирролидона, полоксамера или Твина-80; при этом второй стабилизатор поверхности представляет собой анионный стабилизатор поверхности, предпочтительно - дезоксихолат натрия, холат натрия, додецилсульфонат натрия или додецилсульфат натрия, и более предпочтительно -дезоксихолат натрия или холат натрия.
7. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение мелоксикама к первому стабилизатору поверхности составляет от 1:0,01 до 1:100, предпочтительно - от 1:0,01 до 1:50, более предпочтительно - от 1:0,05 до 1:5, и наиболее предпочтительно - от 1:0,1 до 1:1; а массовое отношение мелоксикама ко второму стабилизатору поверхности составляет от 1:0,01 до 1:100, предпочтительно - от 1:0,01 до 1:50, более предпочтительно - от 1:0,01 до 1:5, и наиболее предпочтительно - от 1:0,01 до 1:1.
8. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что средний размер наночастиц мелоксикама составляет менее 2000 нм, предпочтительно - менее 1000 нм, более предпочтительно - менее 500 нм, и наиболее предпочтительно - менее 200 нм.
9. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанная фармацевтическая композиция дополнительно содержит жидкую среду, выбранную из группы, состоящей из воды, солевого раствора, сафлорового масла, этанола, трет-бутанола, гексана и этиленгликоля, и предпочтительно воду.

Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 9, отличающаяся тем, что мелоксикам присутствует в количестве от 10 мг/мл до 100 мг/мл, предпочтительно - от 10 мг/мл до 50 мг/мл, более предпочтительно - от 15 мг/мл до 35 мг/мл, и наиболее предпочтительно - 25 мг/мл в пересчете на отношение массы активного ингредиента к объему фармацевтической композиции.
11. Инъекционная фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая: (1) наночастицы мелоксикама, (2) поливинилпирролидон, (3) дезоксихолат натрия, (4) ингибитор седиментации и (5) воду,
причем ингибитор седиментации представляет собой одно или более, выбранное из группы, состоящей из глицерина, полиэтиленгликоля и гидроксиэтилкрахмала, и предпочтительно -глицерин; при этом средний размер наночастиц мелоксикама составляет менее 500 нм и предпочтительно составляет менее 200 нм.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что массовое отношение мелоксикама к ингибитору седиментации составляет от 1:0,5 до 1:20 и предпочтительно - от 1:0,5 до 1:10; при этом массовое отношение мелоксикама к поливинилпирролидону составляет от 1:0,05 до 1:5 и предпочтительно - от 1:0,1 до 1:1; и массовое отношение мелоксикама к дезоксихолату натрия составляет от 1:0,05 до 1:5 и предпочтительно - от 1:0,1 до 1:1.
13. Способ получения инъекционной фармацевтической композиции по любому из пп. 1-12, включающий стадии, на которых:
1) смешивают стабилизатор поверхности, мелоксикам и факультативный ингибитор седиментации;
2) измельчают указанную смешанную систему с получением дисперсии; и факультативно;
3) смешивают ингибитор седиментации с указанной дисперсией.
