Abstract

COMPOSIÇÕES DE SISTEMAS DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE NANOEMULSÃO. A presente divulgação fornece nanoemulsões de óleo em água farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, estáveis, e opticamente claras (diâmetro de intensidade média <100 nm) com uma fase oleosa compreendendo >10% p/v de triglicerídeos de cadeia longa, concentração de surfactante total e de cosurfactante menores que a da fase oleosa e sem o uso de álcool como cosolvente na fase aquosa. As nanoemulsões desta divulgação têm uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula, clareza óptica e estabilidade de produto extremamente favoráveis contra o Ostwald ripening (degradação de Ostwald) com níveis altos de concentrações de óleo. Os agentes terapeuticamente ativos fracamente solúveis em água e outros podem ser incorporados nos sistemas de nanoemulsão para melhorar sua solubilidade/estabilidade no meio aquoso ou para aumentar sua distribuição para uso em aplicações farmacêuticas, alimentares, cosméticas e em outras aplicações pelas vias oral, intravenosa, subcutânea, intramuscular, inalação, nasal, tópica, ocular e transdérmica.
