Claims (21)

1. Водная композиция, содержащая:
частицы, покрытые по меньшей мере одним неамфотерным кватернизируемым полимером, который является растворимым в воде при 20°C, и
по меньшей мере один диспергирующий компонент, где диспергирующий компонент содержит диспергирующий агент, выбранный из амфифильного привитого полимера на основе растворимых в воде полиалкиленоксидов (A) в качестве основания для прививки, и боковые цепи, образованные посредством полимеризации компонента сложного винилового эфира (B), причем указанный полимер имеет в среднем ≤ 1 сайт прививки на 50 алкиленоксидных единиц и средние молярные массы Mw от 3000 до 100 000.
2. Водная композиция по п. 1, где амфифильный привитой полимер имеет полидисперсность Mw/Mn < 3.
3. Водная композиция по п. 1, где амфифильный привитой полимер содержит < 10 мас. % поливинилового сложного эфира (B) в непривитой форме.
4. Водная композиция по п. 1, где амфифильный привитой полимер имеет:
(A) от 20 до 70 мас. % растворимого в воде полиалкиленоксида в качестве основания для прививки; и
(B) боковые цепи, образованные свободнорадикальной полимеризацией, от 30 до 80 мас. % компонента винилового сложного эфира, состоящего из:
(B1) от 70 до 100% мас. % винилацетата и/или винилпропионата; и
(B2) от 0 до 30 мас. % другого этиленненасыщенного мономера,
в присутствии (A).
5. Водная композиция по п. 1, где амфифильный привитой полимер содержит от 25 до 60 мас. % основания для прививки (A) и от 40 до 75 мас. % компонента винилового сложного эфира (B).
6. Водная композицияпо п. 4, где компонент винилового сложного эфира (B) амфифильного привитого полимера содержит от 70 до 100 мас. % винилацетата (B1) и от 0 до 30 мас. % C1 - C8 алкилакрилата (B2).
7. Водная композиция по п. 1, где диспергирующий агент выбирают из амфифильного привитого полимера, полученного в результате реакции полиэтиленоксида 6000 и винилацетата при массовом соотношении ПЭГ 6000 к винилацетату от 40 до 60, и диспергирующий компонент необязательно содержит другие совместные диспергирующие агенты.
8. Водная композиция по п. 1, где частицы выбраны из группы органических соединений.
9. Водная композиция по п. 1, где частицы выбраны из пестицидов.
10. Водная композиция по п. 1, где пестицид выбран из Дельтаметрина, Боскалида, Флуксапироксада, Хлороталонила, Эпоксиконазола, Мефентрифлуконазола, Стробилуринов, таких как Азоксистробин, Димоксистробин, и их комбинаций.
11. Водная композиция по п. 1, где неамфотерный, кватернизируемый полимер, растворимый в воде при 20°C, выбирают из группы, состоящей из поливиниламинов, поливиниламидоаминов, полиэтилениминов, полипропилениминов, полиамидоаминов или полиаминов мочевины, катионных сополимеров, содержащих полимеризуемые мономеры, выбранные из винилпирролидона, метакриламида, винилимидазола, кватернизированного винилимидазола и их комбинаций, катионных сополимеров, содержащих катионные сополимеры, содержащие полимеризуемые мономеры, выбранные из винилпирролидона и кватернизированного винилимидазола, катионных сополимеров, содержащих полимеризуемые мономеры, выбранные из винилпирролидона и кватернизированного диметиламиноэтилметакрилата (DMAEMA), катионных сополимеров, содержащих полимеризуемые мономеры, выбранные из винилкапролактама, винилпирролидона и кватернизированного винилимидазола, и комбинаций указанных полимеров.

Водная композиция по п. 1, где частицы имеют средний размер частиц (D50) в интервале от 0,1 до 50 мкм, более предпочтительно от 0,5 до 20 мкм, даже более предпочтительно от 1,0 до 10 мкм, и наиболее предпочтительно от 1,5 до 5,0 мкм, и/или средний размер частиц (D90) в интервале от 0,1 до 50 мкм, более предпочтительно от 0,5 до 20 мкм, даже более предпочтительно от 1,0 до 15 мкм, и наиболее предпочтительно от 1,5 до 10 мкм, как измерено с помощью Malvern Mastersizer 3000.
13. Водная композиция по любому из пп. 1-12, содержащая:
от 1,0 до 50,0 мас. % частиц, покрытых по меньшей мере одним неамфотерным кватернизируемым полимером, который является растворимым в воде при 20°C; и
от 0,1 до 15,0 мас. % по меньшей мере одного диспергирующего компонента, где диспергирующий компонент содержит диспергирующий агент, выбранный из амфифильного привитого полимера на основе растворимых в воде полиалкиленоксидов (A) в качестве основания для прививки, и боковые цепи, образованные посредством полимеризации компонента сложного винилового эфира (B), причем указанный полимер имеет в среднем ≤ 1 сайт прививки на 50 алкиленоксидных единиц и средние молярные массы Mw от 3000 до 100 000 мас. %.
14. Применение водной композиции по любому из пп. 1-13 для получения агрохимического, косметического или фармацевтического состава.
15. Применение по меньшей мере одного диспергирующего компонента по любому из пп. 1-13 для диспергирования неамфотерного, кватернизируемого полимера, который является растворимым в воде при 20°C, в водной композиции.
