Claims (26)

1. Способ изготовления полимерной пленки (Р), которая содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ), причем полиамидная композиция (PZ) включает полиамид 6/6.6 и олигомерные полиамиды, причем из полиамидной композиции (PZ) в соответствии со стандартом ISO 6427:2013 может быть экстрагировано от 5 до 25 % масс. олигомерных полиамидов в пересчете на общую массу полиамидной композиции (PZ) и причем способ включает следующие стадии:
i) предоставление полиамидной композиции (PZ) в расплавленной форме в первом экструдере,
ii) экструдирование предоставленной на стадии i) полиамидной композиции (PZ) в расплавленной форме из первого экструдера через кольцевой мундштук, причем получают рукав, который содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ) в расплавленной форме,
iii) охлаждение полученного на стадии ii) рукава, который содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ) в расплавленной форме, в водяной ванне до первой температуры (Т1), причем полиамидная композиция (PZ) затвердевает и причем получают первую рукавную пленку, которая содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ),
iv) нагревание полученной на стадии iii) первой рукавной пленки до второй температуры (Т2), причем получают нагретую первую рукавную пленку, которая содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ),
v) вдувание воздуха в полученную на стадии iv) нагретую первую рукавную пленку, которая растягивается в ширину и остывает до третьей температуры (Т3), причем получают полимерную пленку (Р), которая содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная пленка (Р) содержит от 0,1 до 80 % масс. полиамидной композиции (PZ) в пересчете на общую массу полимерной пленки (Р) и/или является многослойной плёнкой.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полиамид 6/6.6 содержит от 70 до 78 % масс. структурных единиц полиамида 6 и от 22 до 30 % масс. структурных единиц полиамида 6.6, соответственно в пересчете на общую массу полиамида 6/6.6.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полиамидная композиция (PZ) обладает температурой плавления (TM(PZ)) в интервале от 178 до 187°С.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полученный на стадии ii) рукав обладает толщиной от 10 мкм до 1 мм.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что первая температура (Т1) на стадии iii) находится в интервале от 5 до 60°С.
7. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полиамидная композиция (PZ) характеризуется температурой стеклования (TG(PZ)) и температурой плавления (TM(PZ)), причем вторая температура (Т2) на стадии iv) выше температуры стеклования (TG(PZ)) и ниже температуры плавления (TM(PZ)) полиамидной композиции (PZ).
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что рукав, который содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ), во время охлаждения на стадии iii) пропускают через первую валковую систему, причем рукав растягивается в длину.
9. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нагретую первую рукавную пленку, которая содержит полиамидную композицию (PZ), во время вдувания воздуха на стадии v) пропускают через вторую валковую систему, причем нагретая первая рукавная пленка растягивается в длину.
10. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что полимерная пленка (Р) обладает толщиной от 0,1 мкм до <1 мм.
11. Способ по одному из пп. 1-10, отличающийся тем, что непосредственно после стадии v) реализуют следующие стадии:
vi) пропускание полученной на стадии v) полимерной пленки (Р) через по меньшей мере один третий валик,
vii) нагревание полученной на стадии v) полимерной пленки (Р) до четвертой температуры (Т4), превышающей температуру стеклования (TG(PZ)) полиамидной композиции (PZ), причем получают нагретую полимерную пленку (Р),
viii) пропускание полученной на стадии vii) нагретой полимерной пленки (Р) через по меньшей мере один четвертый валик, причем получают полимерную пленку (Р),
причем нагретую полимерную пленку (Р) между стадиями vii) и viii), во время реализации стадии viii) и/или непосредственно после стадии viii) охлаждают до пятой температуры (Т5), которая ниже температуры стеклования (TG(PZ)) полиамидной композиции (PZ).
12. Полимерная пленка (Р), которая может быть получена способом по одному из пп. 1-11.
13. Способ упаковки пищевых продуктов, который включает следующие стадии:
а) предоставление пищевого продукта, который упакован по меньшей мере в одну полимерную пленку (Р) по п. 12, причем по меньшей мере одна полимерная пленка (Р) характеризуется температурой подготовки (TB),
b) нагревание по меньшей мере одной полимерной пленки (Р) до температуры начала усадки (TS), в результате которого по меньшей мере одна полимерная пленка (Р) усаживается, причем получают пищевой продукт, который упакован по меньшей мере в одну претерпевшую усадку полимерную пленку (Р).
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что температура начала усадки (TS) на стадии b) находится в интервале от 50 до 150°С.
15. Способ по п. 13 или 14, отличающийся тем, что температура начала усадки (TS) на стадии b) выше температуры стеклования (TG(PZ)) полиамидной композиции (PZ), содержащейся в по меньшей мере одной полимерной пленке (Р).
