Abstract
Fabricacion de películas termoplásticas y laminados por extrusion y estiramiento utilizando rodillos de velocidad diferencial, y empleando una distancia corta de estiramiento no mayor de una pulgada inmediatamente después de formar el producto de película extruida. El método y el aparato controlan el espesor de la película estirada. Reivindicacion 103: Un aparato para hacer una película termoplástica estirada caracterizado porque comprende: una extrusora para extruir un termopla'stico fundido extruido en la forma de una red; un rodillo enfriador para operar a una velocidad periférica (V1) y a una temperatura (T1) para recibir y enfriar dicha red formando así una película; un segundo rodillo para operar a una velocidad periférica (V2) mayor que dicha (V1) para recibir dicha película a una temperatura (T2); dicho segundo rodillo separado de dicho rodillo enfriador para proveer una distancia entre rodillos no mayor de una pulgada entre dicho rodillo enfriador y dicho segundo rodillo para estirar dicha película para proveer una película de calibre uniforme.
