Claims (24)

1. Композиция термоплавкого клея для растягивающегося многослойного материала, включающая:
(a) от приблизительно 35 до приблизительно 70 мас.% (со)полимера полипропилена, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет менее чем приблизительно 15 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12; (ii) содержание пропилена составляет более чем 50% (со)полимера;
(b) от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 15 мас.% воска, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет более чем 50 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12, и (ii) пик плавления составляет более чем 100°C, когда он измеряется в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12; и
(c) повышающее клейкость вещество;
причем клей имеет (i) модуль накопления (G'40) от приблизительно 5⋅105 до приблизительно 5⋅107 Па при 40°C, 10 рад/с; (ii) модуль накопления (G'80) от приблизительно 5⋅103 до приблизительно 1⋅107 Па при 80°C, 10 рад/с; (iii) модуль потерь (G"), составляющий, по меньшей мере, приблизительно 5⋅104 Па при 40°C, 10 рад/с; и (iv) интервал плотности от приблизительно 0,75 до приблизительно 0,90 г/см3 при 160°C, когда он измеряется в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D1475.
2. Клей по п. 1, в котором (со)полимер пропилена представляет собой гомополимер пропилена или смесь гомополимеров пропилена.
3. Клей по п. 1, в котором (co)полимер пропилена включает сомономер, выбранный из группы, которую составляют C2, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13, C14, C15, C16, C17, C18, C19, C20 и их смеси.
4. Клей по п. 1, в котором теплота плавления воска составляет более чем 100 Дж/г.
5. Клей по п. 1, в котором в качестве повышающего клейкость вещества выбираются C5-смолы, нефтяные дистилляты, гидрированные углеводороды, C5/C9-смолы, C9-смолы, политерпены, канифоли, гидрированные канифоли, сложные эфиры канифоли и их смеси.
6. Клей по п. 1, причем данный клей имеет вязкость расплава по Брукфильду от приблизительно 6000 до приблизительно 20000 сП при 160°C, которая измеряется с помощью шпинделя № 27 в соответствии со стандартом ASTM 3236-88.
7. Клей по п. 1, причем данный клей имеет (i) модуль накопления (G'40) от приблизительно 5⋅105 до приблизительно 5⋅106 Па при 40°C, 10 рад/с; (ii) модуль накопления (G'80) от приблизительно 5⋅103 до приблизительно 1⋅106 Па при 80°C, 10 рад/с; и (iv) интервал плотности от приблизительно 0,80 до приблизительно 0,88 г/см3 при 160°C, когда он измеряется в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D1475.
8. Клей по п. 1, причем данный клей характеризует время до достижения tanδ=1, составляющее менее чем 100 секунд, и данный клей характеризуется температурой перехода (tanδ=1) в области плавления, составляющей более чем 75°C.
9. Улучшенная композиция термоплавкого клея для растягивающегося многослойного материала, включающая:
(a) от приблизительно 35 до приблизительно 70 мас.% (со)полимера полипропилена, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет менее чем приблизительно 15 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12; (ii) содержание пропилена составляет более чем 50% (со)полимера;
(b) от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 15 мас.% воска, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет более чем 50 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12, и (ii) пик плавления составляет более чем 100°C, когда он измеряется в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12; и
(c) повышающее клейкость вещество;
причем термоплавкий клей имеет улучшенное просачивание и прочность соединения в расчете на толщину клея, чем клей без воска;
данный клей характеризует процентное изменение между исходной прочностью соединения и прочностью соединения после выдерживания, которое составляет менее чем приблизительно 15%, причем исходная прочность соединения измеряется при 23°C в течение 24 часов, и прочность соединения после выдерживания измеряется при 23°C после выдерживания клея в течение 4 недель при 40°C.
10. Композиция термоплавкого клея для растягивающегося многослойного материала, состоящая, в основном, из:
(a) от приблизительно 35 до приблизительно 70 мас.% (со)полимера полипропилена, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет менее чем приблизительно 15 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12, и (ii) содержание пропилена составляет более чем 50% (со)полимера;
(b) от приблизительно 2 до приблизительно 15 мас.% воска, у которого (i) теплота плавления составляет более чем 50 Дж/г, когда она измеряется при нагревании и охлаждении со скоростью 10°C/мин в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12, и (ii) пик плавления более чем 100°C, когда он измеряется в соответствии со стандартом ASTM D3418-12; и
(c) повышающего клейкость вещества;
причем в термоплавком клее практически отсутствует какой-либо полимер на основе каучука;
данный клей характеризует процентное изменение между исходной прочностью соединения и прочностью соединения после выдерживания, которое составляет менее чем приблизительно 15%, причем исходная прочность соединения измеряется при 23°C в течение 24 часов, и прочность соединения после выдерживания измеряется при 23°C после выдерживания клея в течение 4 недель при 40°C.
