Claims (9)
1. Процесс обработки материала сладкой молочной сыворотки, содержащего казеиногликомакропептид (cGMP), включающий следующие стадии
удаление катионов из материала сладкой молочной сыворотки, чтобы получить сладкую молочную сыворотку, имеющую значение pH от 1 до 4,5;
обработку указанной сладкой молочной сыворотки в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем, содержащим установленный объем анионной смолы, при температуре в диапазоне 10-18 °C, где указанная сладкая молочная сыворотка контактирует с указанной смолой в течение достаточного количества времени, так что смола абсорбирует от 52% до 58% cGMP, содержащегося в сладкой молочной сыворотке; и
извлечение белкового материала, пригодного для гипоаллергенных детских смесей.
2. Процесс по п. 1, в котором смола абсорбирует приблизительно 55% cGMP.
3. Процесс по любому из пп. 1 и 2, в котором смола абсорбирует по меньшей мере 90% анионов, присутствующих в сладкой молочной сыворотке.
4. Процесс по п. 3, в котором анионы выбирают из группы, состоящей из хлора, фосфора, цитрата, сульфата и лактата.
5. Процесс по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором смола абсорбирует по меньшей мере 90% анионов хлора и фосфора, присутствующих в сладкой молочной сыворотке.
6. Процесс по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором обработку сладкой молочной сыворотки в реакторе с псевдоожиженным слоем проводят при соотношении белка и смолы от 0,20 до 0,35 кг/л.
