Способ одномоментной пластики молочной железы при органосохраняющем хирургическом лечении рака при локализации опухоли во внутренних квадрантах, включающий предоперационную разметку, резекцию молочной железы и подмышечно-подключично-подлопаточную лимфаденэктомию, отличающийся тем, что при близком расположении опухоли к кожным покровам во время предоперационной разметки наносят четкий контур иссекаемой кожи над опухолью с учетом закрытия дефекта перемещенным кожно-гландулярным лоскутом, разметку осуществляют в положении больной стоя, определяют необходимый объем и размер удаляемого сектора, наносят линии разметки срединной линии, среднего меридиана молочной железы -
