Claims (28)
1. Транспортное средство, содержащее:
GPS приемник, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения местоположения транспортного средства;
систему адаптивного круиз-контроля;
устройство регулировки круиз-контроля, выполненное с возможностью, посредством процессора:
генерации действия при определении события круиз-контроля для местоположения, причем событие круиз-контроля основано на прошлых изменениях системы адаптивного круиз-контроля в местоположении; и
применения действия к системе адаптивного круиз-контроля для изменения того, как система адаптивного круиз-контроля управляет транспортным средством.
2. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором событие круиз-контроля определяет действие.
3. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором действие представляет собой одно из активации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, деактивации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, возобновления работы системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, изменения настройки скорости системы адаптивного круиз-контроля или изменения настройки дистанции системы адаптивного круиз-контроля.
4. Транспортное средство по п. 3, в котором устройство регулировки круиз-контроля выполнено с возможностью при одном из действий активации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, деактивации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, возобновления работы системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, увеличения настройки скорости системы адаптивного круиз-контроля или уменьшения настройки дистанции системы адаптивного круиз-контроля отправки водителю запроса на подтверждение действия перед применением действия к системе адаптивного круиз-контроля.
5. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором для генерации действия устройство регулировки круиз-контроля выполнено с возможностью изменения действия, определенного событием круиз-контроля, на основе генерируемого пользователем правила при удовлетворении внешней информации критерию, заданному генерируемым пользователем правилом.
6. Транспортное средство по п. 5, в котором внешняя информация включает в себя по меньшей мере одно из информации о дорожном движении, информации о погодных условиях или информации о дорожных условиях.
7. Транспортное средство по п. 5, в котором устройство регулировки круиз-контроля выполнено с возможностью обеспечения интерфейса посредством мультимедийного головного устройства для обеспечения пользователю возможности генерации генерируемого пользователем правила.
8. Транспортное средство по п. 1, в котором устройство регулировки круиз-контроля выполнено с возможностью обеспечения интерфейса посредством мультимедийного головного устройства для обеспечения пользователю возможности изменения событий круиз-контроля.
9. Способ управления транспортным средством, причем способ содержит этапы, на которых:
отслеживают посредством GPS-приемника местоположение транспортного средства;
генерируют посредством процессора действие при определении события круиз-контроля для местоположения, причем событие круиз-контроля основано на прошлых изменениях системы адаптивного круиз-контроля в местоположении; и
применяют действие к системе адаптивного круиз-контроля для изменения того, как система адаптивного круиз-контроля управляет транспортным средством.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором событие круиз-контроля определяет действие.
11. Способ по п. 9, в котором действие представляет собой одно из активации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, деактивации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, возобновления работы системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, изменения настройки скорости системы адаптивного круиз-контроля или изменения настройки дистанции системы адаптивного круиз-контроля.
12. Способ по п. 11, включающий в себя этап, на котором при одном из действий активации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, деактивации системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, возобновления работы системы адаптивного круиз-контроля, увеличения настройки скорости системы адаптивного круиз-контроля или уменьшения настройки дистанции системы адаптивного круиз-контроля отправляют водителю запрос на подтверждение действия перед применением действия к системе адаптивного круиз-контроля.
13. Способ по п. 9, в котором генерация действия включает в себя этап, на котором изменяют действие, определенное событием круиз-контроля, на основе генерируемого пользователем правила при удовлетворении внешней информации критерию, заданному генерируемым пользователем правилом.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором внешняя информация включает в себя по меньшей мере одно из информации о дорожном движении, информации о погодных условиях или информации о дорожных условиях.
15. Способ по п. 13, включающий в себя этап, на котором обеспечивают интерфейс для обеспечения пользователю возможности генерации генерируемого пользователем правила.
16. Способ по п. 9, включающий в себя этап, на котором обеспечивают интерфейс для обеспечения пользователю возможности изменения событий круиз-контроля.
17. Материальный машиночитаемый носитель, содержащий инструкции, которые при выполнении предписывают транспортному средству:
отслеживать с помощью GPS-приемника местоположение транспортного средства;
генерировать действие при определении события круиз-контроля для местоположения, причем событие круиз-контроля основано на прошлых изменениях системы адаптивного круиз-контроля в местоположении; и
применять действие к системе адаптивного круиз-контроля для изменения того, как система адаптивного круиз-контроля управляет транспортным средством.
