Claims (65)
1. Штамм Paenibacillus, выбранный из группы, которая включает:
а) штамм Lu16774, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26969;
б) штамм Lu17007, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26970;
в) штамм Lu17015, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26971; и
г) штамм, содержащий последовательность ДНК
г1) по меньшей мере на 99,6% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 4 или SEQ ID NO: 9; или
г2) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 14; или
г3) по меньшей мере на 99,9% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательностям ДНК SEQ ID NO: 5 или SEQ ID NO: 10; или
г4) по меньшей мере на 99,2% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 15; или
г5) по меньшей мере на 99,2% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательностям ДНК SEQ ID NO: 6 или SEQ ID NO: 11; или
г6) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 16; или
г7) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательностям ДНК SEQ ID NO: 7 или SEQ ID NO: 12; или
г8) по меньшей мере на 99,3% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 17; или
г9) на 100,0% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательностям ДНК SEQ ID NO: 8 или SEQ ID NO: 13; или
г10) на 100,0% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности последовательности ДНК SEQ ID NO: 18.
2. Штамм Paenibacillus по п. 1, выбранный из группы, которая включает:
а) штамм Lu16774, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26969;
б) штамм Lu17007, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26970;
в) штамм Lu17015, депонированный в DSMZ под учетным номером DSM 26971; и
г) штаммы, содержащие последовательность ДНК
г1) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности любой из последовательностей ДНК SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 9 и SEQ ID NO: 14; или
г2) на 100,0% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности любой из последовательностей ДНК SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 10 и SEQ ID NO: 15; или
г3) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности любой из последовательностей ДНК SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 11 и SEQ ID NO: 16; или
г4) по меньшей мере на 99,8% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности любой из последовательностей ДНК SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 12 или SEQ ID NO: 17; или
г5) на 100,0% идентичную по нуклеотидной последовательности любой из последовательностей ДНК SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 13 и SEQ ID NO: 18.
3. Штамм Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-2, где указанный штамм Paenibacillus обладает противогрибковой активностью против по крайней мере двух патогенов растений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Alternaria spp., Botrytis cinerea, Phytophthora infestans и Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
4. Штамм Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-3, где указанный штамм Paenibacillus вырабатывает по меньшей мере одно из следующих соединений:
на питательной среде, содержащей по меньшей мере один источник углерода и один источник азота.
5. Штамм Paenibacillus по п. 4, где указанный штамм Paenibacillus способен вырабатывать по меньшей мере три соединения, выбранные из группы, которая включает фузарицидин А, фузарицидин В, фузарицидин С, фузарицидин D, LI - F06a, LI - F06b и LI-F08b.
6. Штамм Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-3, где указанный штамм Paenibacillus включает по меньшей мере одно из следующих соединений:
7. Штамм Paenibacillus по п. 6, где указанный штамм Paenibacillus дополнительно включает по меньшей мере три соединения, выбранные из группы, которая включает фузарицидин А, фузарицидин В, фузарицидин С, фузарицидин D, LI-F06a, LI-F06b и LI-F08b.
8. В существенной степени очищенная культура штамма Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-7.
9. Цельная культуральная жидкость или бесклеточный экстракт штамма Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-7.
10. Соединение формулы I
где
R выбран из 15-гуанидин-3-гидроксипентадекановой кислоты и 12-гуанидинододекановой кислоты
X1 представляет собой треонин;
X2 представляет собой изолейцин;
X3 представляет собой тирозин;
X4 представляет собой треонин;
X5 выбран из глутамина и аспарагина;
X6 представляет собой аланин; и
где стрелка обозначает одинарную амидную связь либо между карбонильным остатком R и аминогруппой аминокислоты X1, либо между карбонильной группой одной аминокислоты и аминогруппой соседней аминокислоты,
где наконечник стрелки указывает на присоединение к аминогруппе указанной аминокислоты X1 или указанной соседней аминокислоты; и
где простая линия без наконечника стрелки обозначает одинарную сложноэфирную связь между карбонильной группой X6 и гидроксильной группой X1;
или его приемлемую для сельского хозяйства соль.
11. Соединение по п. 10, выбранная из соединений 1А и 1В:
или его приемлемая для сельского хозяйства соль.
12. Способ получения соединения или его соли по любому из пп. 10-11, включающий культивирование штамма Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-7 и выделение указанного соединения или его соли из цельной культуральной жидкости.
13. Композиция, которая включает
а) штамм Paenibacillus по любому из пп. 1-7; или
б) в существенной степени очищенную культуру по п. 8; или
в) цельную культуральную жидкость или бесклеточный экстракт по п. 9; или
г) соединение формулы I или его соль по любому из пп. 10-11;
и дополнительное вещество.
14. Композиция по п. 13, которая дополнительно включает пестицид.
15. Композиция по п. 14, в которой пестицид является дополнительным биопестицидом.
16. Материал для размножения растений, имеющий покрытие, которое включает композицию по любому из пп. 13-15.
17. Применение композиции по любому из пп. 13-15 для борьбы с патогенами растений или их угнетения или предупреждения заражения патогенами растений или защиты материалов от заражения и разрушения вредными микроорганизмами.
18. Способ борьбы с патогенами растений или их угнетения или предупреждения заражения патогенами растений, отличающийся тем, что патогены растений, среду их обитания или растения, которые следует защитить от поражения патогенами растений или почву или материал для размножения обрабатывают эффективным количеством композиции по любому из пп. 13-15.
19. Применение по п. 17 или способ по п. 18, отличающиеся тем, что патогены растений и/или вредные микроорганизмы выбраны из вредных грибов.
