Claims (20)
1. Ролик с по меньшей мере одним слоем покрытия, которое является истираемым после прогрева при температуре 800°С в течение 3 часов и содержит:
a) 83-98 вес. % агрегата, состоящего из частиц Si3N4, SiC или SiAlON или их смеси;
b) 2-17 вес. % субмикронных частиц Al2O3, SiO2, ZrO2, СеО2, Y2O3, имеющих средний размер >100 мкм и <1000 мкм, или их смеси.
2. Ролик по п. 1, в котором агрегат дополнительно содержит частицы Al2TiO5.
3. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором удельная поверхность (по БЭТ) агрегата частиц меньше или равна 8 м2/г и предпочтительно находится в диапазоне от 0,5 до 5 м2/г.
4. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором агрегат частиц содержит частицы, имеющие разную удельную поверхность.
5. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором покрытие выполнено из множества слоев, как описано в п. 1.
6. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средняя толщина покрытия составляет по меньшей мере 150 мкм.
7. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, который изготовлен из плавленого кварца, муллита, силлиманита, оксида алюминия, матрицы SiC или металла, такого как жаропрочная сталь.
8. Ролик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором покрытие содержит временное связующее вещество, такое как акриловый или эпоксидный полимер или поливиниловый спирт.
9. Способ изготовления ролика по любому из пп. 1-8, включающий следующие этапы:
a) получение ролика, изготовленного из плавленого кварца, муллита, силлиманита, оксида алюминия, матрицы SiC или металла, такого как жаропрочная сталь, который имеет сердцевину и поверхность;
b) нанесение на по меньшей мере один участок поверхности ролика композиции, содержащей:
- 50-75 вес. % агрегата частиц Si3N4, SiC или SiAlON или их смеси;
- 1,5-10 вес. %, предпочтительно 1,5-5 вес. % субмикронных частиц Al2O3 или SiO2, ZrO2, СеО2, Y2O3 или их смеси;
- 15-48,5 вес. % Н2О, причем удельная поверхность (по БЭТ) частиц Si3N4, SiC или SiAlON меньше или равна 8 м2/г и предпочтительно находится в диапазоне от 0,5 до 5 м2/г;
с) сушка ролика.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором композицию наносят распылением, погружением, заливкой или плазменным напылением.
11. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий этап прогрева ролика при температуре по меньшей мере 800°С в течение по меньшей мере 3 часов.
12. Применение ролика по любому из пп. 1-8 для перемещения стальных листов, плакированных алюминием.
