Claims (26)
1. Элемент, содержащий подложку, в которой по меньшей мере часть, примыкающую к поверхности подложки, изготавливают из тугоплавкого материала, содержащего кремний, и защитный материал от воздействия среды, сформированный на поверхности подложки и имеющий, по меньшей мере, самовосстанавливающийся слой, содержащий силикат редкоземельного элемента, при этом самовосстанавливающийся слой формируется:
из, по меньшей мере, 90% мол. системы, содержащей 30% мол.- не больше чем 80% мол. по меньшей мере одного силиката редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7, где RE является редкоземельным элементом, и, по меньшей мере, 20–70% мол. оксида марганца MnO; и
из не больше чем 10% мол. одного или более оксидов отличных от MnO, имеющих эвтектическую температуру с SiO2, менее чем или равную 1595°C;
самовосстанавливающийся слой, представляющий жидкую фазу, имеет функцию самовосстановления, по меньшей мере, во всем температурном интервале 1200-1400°C при сохранении большей части твердой фазы.
2. Элемент по п.1, где RE выбирают из иттрия, скандия, а также лантанидов.
3. Элемент по п.1, в котором защитный материал от воздействия среды дополнительно содержит подслой, который находится между поверхностью подложки и самовосстанавливающимся слоем, и выбран из:
подслоя, по существу сформированного по меньшей мере одним силикатом редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7;
подслоя, по существу сформированного по меньшей мере одним силикатом редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7, осажденным на кремниевое покрытие, образованное на подложке;
подслоя, по существу сформированного муллитом;
подслоя, по существу сформированного муллитом, осажденным на кремниевое покрытие, образованное на подложке; и
подслоя, по существу имеющего градиент состава кремний-муллит, который начинается с кремния у подложки и заканчивая муллитом у самовосстанавливающегося слоя.
4. Элемент по п.1, в котором самовосстанавливающий слой помещают между подложкой и наружным слоем тугоплавкого материала.
5. Компонент п.1, в котором самовосстанавливающий слой расположен между подложкой и наружным слоем истираемого материала.
6. Способ получения подложки, в которой по меньшей мере часть, примыкающую к поверхности, изготавливают из тугоплавкого материала, содержащего кремний, с защитой, где подложка используется при высокой температуре в окисляющей среде, путем образования защитного материала от воздействия среды на поверхность подложки, где защитный материал имеет, по меньшей мере, самовосстанавливающийся слой, содержащий силикат редкоземельного элемента, при этом самовосстанавливающийся слой формируется:
из, по меньшей мере, 90% мол. системы, содержащей 30% мол.- не больше чем 80% мол. по меньшей мере одного силиката редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7, причем RE является редкоземельным элементом, и по меньшей мере 20–70% мол. оксида марганца MnO; и
из не больше чем 10% мол. одного или более оксидов, отличных от MnO, имеющих эвтектическую температуру с SiO2, менее чем или равную 1595°C;
для получения самовосстанавливающегося слоя, представляющего жидкую фазу, имеющего функцию самовосстановления, по меньшей мере, во всем температурном интервале 1200-1400°C при сохранении большей части твердой фазы.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором RE выбирают из иттрия, скандия, а также лантанидов.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором защитный материал от воздействия среды формируют также с подслой, который располагают между поверхностью подложки и самовосстанавливающимся слоем, причем подслой выбирают из:
подслоя, по существу сформированного по меньшей мере одним силикатом редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7;
подслоя, по существу сформированного по меньшей мере одним силикатом редкоземельного элемента RE2Si2O7 осажденном на кремниевое покрытие, образованное на подложке;
подслоя, по существу сформированного муллитом;
подслоя, по существу сформированного муллитом, осажденным на кремниевое покрытие, образованное на подложке;
подслоя, по существу имеющего градиент состава кремний-муллит, который начинается с кремния у подложки и заканчивая муллитом у самовосстанавливающегося слоя.
9. Способ по п.6, в котором наружный слой тугоплавкого материала формируют на самовосстанавливающемся слое.
10. Способ по п.6, в котором наружный слой истираемого материала формируют на самовосстанавливающемся слое.
