Claims (23)
1. Реактор для проведения процессов для линии отвода продуктов, содержащий:
реакционную емкость, приспособленную для соединения с линией отвода продуктов;
разбрызгиватель газа, приспособленный для соединения с линией подачи газа; и
распределитель жидкости, находящийся вблизи верхней части реакционной емкости и приспособленный для соединения с линией подачи жидкости.
2. Реактор по п. 1, в котором разбрызгиватель газа сконструирован для обеспечения подачи газа через множество мест вдоль по меньшей мере одной стороны реактора.
3. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором разбрызгиватель газа находится вблизи нижней части реакционной емкости.
4. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, причем реактор дополнительно содержит мешалку, и причем мешалка находится вблизи нижней части реакционной емкости.
5. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, дополнительно содержащий систему предварительного получения катализатора, соединенную с линией подачи жидкости, где система предварительного формирования катализатора сконструирована для дозирования одного или более растворов катализаторов.
6. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, дополнительно содержащий туманоуловитель, находящийся вблизи верхней части реакционной емкости, где туманоуловитель включает съемный туманоуловитель.
7. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, дополнительно содержащий рубашку, соединенную с реактором и сконструированную для циркуляции нагревающей или охлаждающей среды по ней, где рубашка сконструирована для обеспечения тепла или для отвода тепла от реакционной емкости.
8. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, в котором линия отвода продуктов соединена с системой разделения.
9. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, дополнительно содержащий термопары во множестве мест в реакторе.
10. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, в котором реакционная емкость содержит смотровое стекло, где смотровое стекло сконструировано для контроля одной или более реакций, проводимых в реакторе, дозирования сырья в реактор, схемы перемешивания в реакторе и свойства продукта в реакторе.
11. Реактор по любому из пп. 1-2, причем реактор сконструирован для проведения реакций олигомеризации.
12. Способ проведения процесса, предусматривающий:
обеспечение реактора, содержащего реакционную емкость;
подачу газа в реакционную емкость через разбрызгиватель газа, соединенный с реакционной емкостью и линией подачи газа;
подачу жидкости в реакционную емкость через распределитель жидкости, находящийся вблизи верхней части реакционной емкости и соединенный с линией подачи жидкости;
проведение реакции в реакционной емкости и
отвод продукта из реакционной емкости по линии отвода продуктов, соединенной с реакционной емкостью.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором процесс представляет собой гомогенный каталитический процесс.
14. Способ по п. 12 или 13, в котором реакция включает реакцию олигомеризации.
15. Способ по любому из пп. 12-13, в котором продукт содержит одно или более из 1-бутена, 1-гексена, 1-октена или комбинации, содержащей по меньшей мере одно из вышеуказанного.
