Claims (33)
1. Многослойная пленка, содержащая, по меньшей мере, 5 слоев и имеющая общую толщину от 10 микрон до 100 микрон, при этом пленка содержит:
(a) первый наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе, одного или более полиолефинов;
(b) первый соединительный слой, содержащий от 5% до 100%, по массе первого соединительного слоя, одного или более функционализированных полиолефинов;
(c) слой сердцевины, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе слоя сердцевины, полимолочной кислоты, при этом многослойная пленка имеет общий объем, и слой сердцевины составляет от 5% до 30% от общего объема пленки;
(d) второй соединительный слой, содержащий от 5% до 100%, по массе второго соединительного слоя, одного или более функционализированных полиолефинов; и
(e) второй наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе второго наружного слоя, одного или более полиолефинов; и
причем первый соединительный слой расположен между первым наружным слоем и слоем сердцевины, а второй соединительный слой расположен между слоем сердцевины и вторым наружным слоем.
2. Многослойная пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первый и второй соединительные слои состоят по существу из одного или более функционализированных полиолефинов.
3. Многослойная пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что один или более полиолефинов первого наружного слоя включают полиэтилен или смесь полиэтиленов, при этом полиэтилен или смесь полиэтиленов имеют среднюю плотностью менее чем 0,93 г/см3.
4. Многослойная пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что один или более полиолефинов второго наружного слоя включают полиэтилен или смесь полиэтиленов, при этом полиэтилен или смесь полиэтиленов имеют среднюю плотность менее чем 0,93 г/см3.
5. Многослойная пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что многослойная пленка характеризуется свойствами растяжения в продольном направлении (MD):
(а) напряжение при разрыве в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 20 МПа, предпочтительно от 20 МПа до 100 МПа; и/или
(b) 10% напряжение в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 10 МПа, предпочтительно от 10 МПа до 50 МПа; и/или
(c) растяжимость в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 200%, предпочтительно от 200% до 900%.
6. Многослойная пленка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что многослойная пленка характеризуется свойствами растяжения в поперечном направлении (CD):
(a) напряжение при разрыве в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 20 МПа, предпочтительно от 20 МПа до 100 МПа; и/или
(b) 10% напряжение в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 10 МПа, предпочтительно от 10 МПа до 50 МПа; и
(c) растяжимость в соответствии с ASTM D882 более чем 200%, предпочтительно от 200% до 900%.
7. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее верхний лист, тыльный лист, соединенный с верхним листом, и абсорбирующую сердцевину, расположенную, по меньшей мере, частично, между верхним листом и тыльным листом, при этом тыльный лист сформирован из многослойной пленки в соответствии с любым из пп. 1-6.
8. Многослойная пленка, содержащая, по меньшей мере, 3 слоя и имеющая общую толщину от 10 микрон до 100 микрон, при этом пленка содержит:
(a) первый наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе, одного или более полиолефинов;
(b) слой сердцевины, содержащий от 95% до 100%, по массе слоя сердцевины, полимолочной кислоты, при этом многослойная пленка имеет общий объем, и слой сердцевины составляет от 5% до 30% от общего объема многослойной пленки;
(c) второй наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе второго наружного слоя, одного или более полиолефинов; и
причем слой сердцевины расположен между первым наружным слоем и вторым наружным слоем.
9. Многослойная пленка по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что один из первого наружного слоя и второго наружного слоя дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, 20%, по массе указанного наружного слоя, функционализированного полиолефина.
10. Многослойная пленка, содержащая, по меньшей мере, 4 слоя и имеющая общую толщину от 10 микрон до 100 микрон, при этом пленка содержит:
(a) первый наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе, одного или более полиолефинов;
(b) первый соединительный слой, содержащий от 5% до 100%, по массе первого соединительного слоя, одного или более функционализированных полиолефинов;
(c) слой сердцевины, содержащий от 95% до 100%, по массе слоя сердцевины, полимолочной кислоты, при этом многослойная пленка имеет общий объем, и слой сердцевины составляет от 5% до 30% от общего объема многослойной пленки;
(d) второй наружный слой, содержащий от 75% до 100%, по массе второго наружного слоя, одного или более полиолефинов; и
причем слой сердцевины расположен между первым наружным слоем и вторым наружным слоем.
11. Многослойная пленка по п. 10, отличающаяся тем, что второй наружный слой дополнительно содержит, по меньшей мере, 20%, по массе второго наружного слоя, функционализированного полиолефина.
12. Абсорбирующее изделие, содержащее верхний лист, тыльный лист, соединенный с верхним листом, и абсорбирующую сердцевину, расположенную, по меньшей мере, частично, между верхним листом и тыльным листом, при этом тыльный лист сформирован из многослойной пленки в соответствии с любым из пп. 8-11.
