Claims (33)

1. Продукт производства, включающий связующее вещество и наполнитель, причем связующее вещество представляет собой поливиниловый спирт (PVOH), целлюлозные нанофибриллы или сочетание PVOH и целлюлозных нанофибрилл, и наполнитель представляет собой очищенные от краски твердые отходы, включающей золу и мелкие целлюлозные частицы.
2. Продукт по п. 1, причем данный продукт представляет собой волокно или пленку.
3. Продукт по п. 2, в котором связующее вещество пропитывается наполнителем.
4. Продукт по п. 2, в котором связующее вещество представляет собой инкапсулирующий наполнитель.
5. Продукт по п. 2, в котором наполнитель присутствует в интервале от приблизительно 1 мас.% до приблизительно 80 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна.
6. Продукт по пункту 2, в котором PVOH присутствует в интервале от приблизительно 20 мас.% до приблизительно 99 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна.
7. Продукт по п. 2, в котором целлюлозные нанофибриллы присутствуют в интервале от приблизительно 1 мас.% до приблизительно 80 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна.
8. Продукт по пункту 2, в котором в качестве золы присутствует осажденный карбонат кальция, тонкодисперсный карбонат кальция, гипс, диоксид титана, глина, диоксид кремния или любое их сочетание.
9. Продукт по п. 2, в котором наполнитель включает частицы, у которых средний размер составляет менее чем приблизительно 20 микрометров в диаметре.
10. Продукт по п. 2, дополнительно включающий технологическую добавку.
11. Продукт по п. 10, в котором технологическая добавка присутствует в интервале от приблизительно 0,5 мас.% до приблизительно 10 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна.
12. Продукт по п. 10, в котором в качестве технологической добавки присутствует карбоксиметилцеллюлоза, крахмал, глиоксаль, глутаровый альдегид, диальдегиды, борная кислота, карбонат, двойной карбонат циркония и аммония, глиоксалированный полиакриламид, полиамидоэпихлоргидрин, полиаминоэпихлоргидрин, карбамидоформальдегид, меламиноформальдегид, полиэтиленимин, пропиленгликоль, диэтиленгликоль, триэтиленгликоль, дипропиленгликоль, глицерин или любое их сочетание.
13. Бумажное полотно, включающее продукт по п. 2, причем данный продукт представляет собой волокно.
14. Бумажное полотно включающий продукт по пункту 1, причем данное бумажное полотно включает целлюлозную подложку, имеющую поверхность, и продукт, в основном, находится на поверхности или пропитывает объем целлюлозной подложки.
15. Бумажное полотно по п. 14, причем данный продукт пропитывает объем целлюлозной подложки и имеет частицы такого размера, что средний диаметр находится в интервале от приблизительно 1 микрометра до приблизительно 80 микрометров.
16. Продукт производства, включающий целлюлозные нанофибриллы и наполнитель, причем наполнитель представляет собой очищенные от краски твердые отходы, включающие золу и мелкие целлюлозные частицы, и целлюлозные нанофибриллы представляет собой, по меньшей мере, один материал из нанофибриллированной целлюлозы или целлюлозных фибрид.
17. Продукт по п. 16, причем данный продукт представляет собой волокно или пленку.
18. Продукт по п. 17, в котором целлюлозные нанофибриллы пропитываются наполнителем.
19. Продукт по п. 17, в котором целлюлозные нанофибриллы инкапсулируют наполнитель.
20. Продукт по п. 17, в котором наполнитель присутствует в интервале от приблизительно 5 мас.% до приблизительно 50 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна.
21. Продукт производства, включающий PVOH и наполнитель, причем PVOH присутствует в интервале от приблизительно 20 мас.% до приблизительно 85 мас.% по отношению к полной массе волокна, и наполнитель представляет собой очищенные от краски твердые отходы, включающие золу и мелкие целлюлозные частицы.
22. Продукт по п. 21, причем данный продукт представляет собой волокно или пленку.
23. Продукт по п. 21, в котором PVOH имеет степень полимеризации в интервале от приблизительно 500 до приблизительно 3000.
24. Продукт по п. 23, в котором степень полимеризации находится в интервале от приблизительно 1000 до приблизительно 1600.
25. Продукт по п. 21, в котором PVOH имеет степень гидролиза, составляющую более чем приблизительно 95%.
26. Продукт по п. 25, в котором PVOH имеет степень гидролиза, составляющую более чем приблизительно 98%.
27. Способ изготовления продукт производства, причем данный способ включает:
пропитывание наполнителем или его инкапсулирование в связующем веществе, наполнитель представляет собой очищенные от краски твердые отходы, включающие золу и мелкие целлюлозные частицы, и связующее вещество представляет собой PVOH, целлюлозные нанофибриллы или сочетание PVOH и целлюлозных нанофибрилл; и
изготовление экструдируемого прядильного раствора.
28. Способ по п. 27, причем данный продукт представляет собой волокно или пленку.
29. Способ по п. 28, дополнительно включающий влажное прядение, сухое прядение, ротационное прядение или щелевую экструзию экструдируемого прядильного раствора для изготовления волокна или пленки.
30. Способ по п. 28, в котором целлюлозные нанофибриллы представляют собой, по меньшей мере, один материал из целлюлозных нанофибрилл и целлюлозных фибрид.
31. Способ по п. 28, дополнительно включающий гомогенизацию древесных целлюлозных волокон или другой фибриллируемой целлюлозы для изготовления целлюлозных нанофибрилл.
