Claims (16)
1. Инфраструктурная система оповещения о биологической угрозе для использования с устройством оповещения о биологических угрозах и собранными количественными данными, касающимися биологической угрозы, содержащая:
процессор-анализатор, выполненный с возможностью оперативного применения одного или нескольких статистических алгоритмов к собранным количественным данным, чтобы точно оценить данные о событии, которые включают временные данные и данные о местоположении, соответствующие определенному событию при нарастании биологической угрозы,
кодирующий процессор для кодирования данных о событии в сигнал оповещения о биологической угрозе и
передающий элемент, выполненный с возможностью оперативно передавать сигнал оповещения для приема устройством,
причем процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью применения статистических алгоритмов на основании (i) клинических данных, (ii) социологических данных, (iii) данных медицинской инфраструктуры и/или (iv) геофизических данных,
и процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать данные по меньшей мере об одном упомянутом событии, которое (1) произошло в предшествующее на тот момент время при возникновении или после возникновения биологической угрозы, (2) происходит преимущественно в настоящее на тот момент время и/или (3) согласно прогнозу произойдет в будущее на тот момент время.
2. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать временные данные по меньшей мере одного упомянутого события которое произошло, происходит и/или согласно прогнозу произойдет преимущественно в месте и/или области нахождения устройства.
3. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать временные данные и/или данные о местоположении по меньшей мере одного упомянутого события, которое имеет отношение к устройству с учетом персональных данных устройства.
4. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать данные о событии в форме одних или нескольких представляемых визуально (а) текстовых данных, (б) графических данных и/или (в) данных цветной световой индикации.
5. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать данные о событии в форме представляемых визуально и/или акустически данных.
6. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать данные о местоположении по меньшей мере одного упомянутого события в форме (а) описательных данных географического названия, (б) данных числовой системы координат и/или (в) наглядных данных карты и/или чертежа.
7. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать временные данные и/или данные о местоположении по меньшей мере одного упомянутого события в местном, региональном, национальном, международном и/или всемирном масштабе.
8. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать временные данные и/или данные о местоположении, касающиеся (а) продвижения биологической угрозы в направлении и/или через определенное местоположение; (б) скорости роста и/или распространения биологической угрозы; (в) развития и/или мутации одного или нескольких штаммов биологической угрозы; (г) эффективности одного или нескольких биомаркеров для идентификации биологической угрозы; и/или (д) одного или нескольких показателей интенсивности поражения биологической угрозой и/или наиболее зараженной местности.
9. Система по п. 1, в которой процессор-анализатор выполнен с возможностью точно оценивать временные данные и/или данные о местоположении, касающиеся эффективности одной или нескольких мер противодействия биологической угрозе и/или устойчивости биологической угрозы к упомянутой одной или нескольким мерам противодействия.
10. Система по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая принимающий элемент, который может оперативно принимать результат испытания на биологическую угрозу от считывающего результаты биологических испытаний или испытаний в условиях окружающей среды элемента упомянутого одного устройства, при этом процессор-анализатор оперативно применяет к результату статистические алгоритмы наряду с собранными количественными данными, чтобы точно оценить данные о событии.
11. Система по одному из пп. 1-10, предназначенная для использования с одним или несколькими из следующих устройств: (а) устройством для считывания результатов биологических испытаний или испытаний в условиях окружающей среды; (б) одноразовым, расходуемым и/или повторно используемым устройством для биологических испытаний или испытаний в условиях окружающей среды; (в) сотовым телефоном со встроенным устройством для считывания результатов биологических испытаний или испытаний в условиях окружающей среды; (г) сотовым телефоном; (д) устройством мобильной связи; (е) персональным цифровым помощником; (ж) настольным компьютером; (з) портативным компьютером; (и) навигационным прибором; (к) цифровым аудиоплеером; (л) камерой; (м) игровым устройством; (н) телевизионным приемником и (о) радиоприемником.
