Claims (20)
1. Состав шихты для изготовления связанного углеродом или связанного смолой формованного огнеупорного изделия, содержащий следующие компоненты:
1.1 один или несколько содержащих оксид алюминия компонентов,
1.2 один или несколько содержащих углерод компонентов,
1.3 один или несколько антиоксидантов для подавления окисления углерода,
1.4 при необходимости, один или несколько других компонентов, отличающийся тем, что состав шихты, кроме того, имеет:
1.5 по меньшей мере один компонент в форме магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели и оксида циркония.
2. Состав шихты по п. 1, в котором магнезиально-глиноземистая шпинель и оксид циркония представлены в форме плавильного сырья.
3. Состав шихты согласно по меньшей мере одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором магнезиально-глиноземистая шпинель и оксид циркония представлены с долей в диапазоне от 2 до 35% по массе по отношению к общей массе состава шихты.
4. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, в котором магнезиально-глиноземистая шпинель в составе магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели и оксида циркония представлена в стехиометрическом соотношении.
5. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, в котором доля оксида циркония в составе магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели и оксида циркония представлена в диапазоне от 10 до 65% по массе по отношению к общей массе магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели и оксида циркония.
6. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, в котором магнезиально-глиноземистая шпинель и оксид циркония представлены с максимальным размером зерна 3,0 мм.
7. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, в котором содержащие оксид алюминия компоненты представлены с долей в диапазоне от 60 до 90% по массе по отношению к общей массе состава шихты.
8. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, в котором углеродсодержащие компоненты представлены с долей в диапазоне от 2 до 9% по массе по отношению к общей массе состава шихты.
9. Состав шихты по пп. 1 и 2, по меньшей мере с одним из следующих антиоксидантов: металлический кремний, металлический алюминий или карбид бора.
10. Способ изготовления связанного углеродом формованного огнеупорного изделия, содержащий следующие шаги:
10.1 предоставление состава шихты согласно по меньшей мере одному из предшествующих пунктов,
10.2 формование состава шихты для получения сырца,
10.3 коксование сырца для получения огнеупорного связанного углеродом изделия или отверждение сырца для получения огнеупорного связанного смолой изделия.
11. Связанное углеродом или связанное смолой формованное огнеупорное изделие, изготовленное посредством способа по п. 10.
12. Применение магнезиально-глиноземистой шпинели и оксида циркония в составе шихты на основе оксида алюминия для изготовления связанных углеродом или связанных смолой задвижных плит для системы непрерывной разливки стали.
