Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к литьевым огнеупорным составам на основе магнезиальных заполнителей. Составы в соответствии с изобретением состоят из множества сухих компонентов и множества жидких компонентов, причем упомянутый литьевой огнеупорный состав содержит в расчете на общую массу литьевого огнеупорного состава от 50 до 99 мас.% магнезиального заполнителя; от 0,1 до 10 мас.% углеродистого материала; от 0,1 до 5 мас.% антиоксиданта и безводное связующее. Составы в соответствии с изобретением содержат не более чем 2 мас.% воды; связанного углерода в составе - не более чем примерно 10 мас.%, а антиоксидант выбирают из одного или нескольких карбидных материалов, нитридных материалов, боридных материалов, металлов или металлических сплавов или их комбинаций. Также частью настоящего изобретения является применение составов в литье, вибрационном литье, распылительном литье, торкретировании, самотеке, набивке, торкретировании сухим способом или обмазке, и способ их формирования.
