Claims (23)
1. Огнеупорное изделие на основе Al2O3, которое включает в себя, по меньшей мере, одну МАХ-фазу.
2. Изделие по п. 1 с содержанием МАХ-фаз, по меньшей мере, 0,5% по массе.
3. Изделие по, по меньшей мере, одному из предшествующих пунктов с содержанием Al2O3, по меньшей мере, 50% по массе.
4. Изделие по, по меньшей мере, одному из предшествующих пунктов, которое имеет, по меньшей мере, одну из следующих фаз: металлический алюминий, металлический кремний, металлический титан, металлическое железо или, по меньшей мере, один сплав, по меньшей мере, из двух этих металлов.
5. Изделие по, по меньшей мере, одному из предшествующих пунктов, которое имеет, по меньшей мере, одну из следующих фаз:, по меньшей мере, один карбид, по меньшей мере, один оксикарбид, по меньшей мере, один оксикарбонитрид или, по меньшей мере, одно соединение SiCAlON.
6. Изделие по, по меньшей мере, одному из предшествующих пунктов, в котором выполнена структура из матрицы из Al2O3, в которой внедрена, по меньшей мере, одна МАХ-фаза.
7. Состав шихты для изготовления изделия по, по меньшей мере, одному из предшествующих пунктов со следующими признаками:
- состав шихты включает в себя один или несколько компонентов, которые включают в себя алюминий, углерод, кремний и титан,
- доли алюминия, углерода, кремния и титана в составе шихты, которые внесены в состав шихты посредством компонентов, находятся в следующих диапазонах, в каждом случае по отношению к общей массе состава шихты:
алюминий, в пересчете на Al2O3: от 10 до 97% по массе,
углерод: от 1 до 30% по массе,
кремний, в пересчете на SiO2: от 1 до 20% по массе,
титан, в пересчете на TiO2: от 1 до 50% по массе.
8. Состав шихты по п. 7 с включающим в себя алюминий компонентом в форме, по меньшей мере, одного из следующих компонентов: спеченный корунд, плавленый корунд, кальцинированный глинозем, пластинчатый глинозем или боксит.
9. Состав шихты по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 7-8 с включающим в себя углерод компонентом в форме, по меньшей мере, одного из следующих компонентов: графит, антрацит, нефтяной кокс или сажа.
10. Состав шихты по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 7-9 с включающим в себя кремний компонентом в форме, по меньшей мере, одного из следующих компонентов: каолин, шамот, по меньшей мере, одна огнеупорная глина, по меньшей мере, один включающий в себя муллит исходный материал, кварцит, кварцевый песок или циркон.
11. Состав шихты по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 7-10 с включающим в себя титан компонентом в форме рутила.
12. Способ изготовления огнеупорного изделия по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 1-6, который включает в себя следующие этапы:
- обеспечение состава шихты по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 7-11,
- подвергание состава шихты воздействию температуры,
- охлаждение подвергнутого воздействию температуры состава шихты.
13. Огнеупорное изделие, которое изготовлено посредством способа согласно п. 12.
14. Применение огнеупорного изделия по, по меньшей мере, одному из пп. 1-6 или 13 в качестве исходного материала для изготовления огнеупорного изделия.
