本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为石墨耐火浇注料。石墨耐火浇注料,配方按重量份数组成,石墨25-30份、铝硅合金3-5份、镁砂35-45份、氧化锆23-25份、镁铝尖晶石14-25份、酚醛树脂2-4份、碳化硼1-3份。本发明提供的石墨耐火浇注料,不仅具有传统浇注料的耐火性能,具有良好的耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐火材料,具体为石墨耐火浇注料。
背景技术
浇注料又称耐火浇注料,是一种由耐火物料加入一定量结合剂制成的粒状和粉状材料,具有较高流动性,以浇注方式成型的不定形耐火材料。同其他不定形耐火材料相比,结合剂和水分含量较高,流动性较好,故而浇注料应用范围较广。但是传统的浇注料不耐磨。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐磨的浇注料。
具体技术方案为:
石墨耐火浇注料,配方按重量份数组成,石墨25-30份、铝硅合金3-5份、镁砂35-45份、氧化锆23-25份、镁铝尖晶石14-25份、酚醛树脂2-4份、碳化硼1-3份。
本发明提供的石墨耐火浇注料,不仅具有传统浇注料的耐火性能,具有良好的耐磨性能。

石墨耐火浇注料,配方按重量份数组成,石墨30份、铝硅合金5份、镁砂45份、氧化锆23份、镁铝尖晶石14份、酚醛树脂4份、碳化硼1份。

石墨耐火浇注料,配方按重量份数组成,石墨25份、铝硅合金4份、镁砂35份、氧化锆25份、镁铝尖晶石25份、酚醛树脂3份、碳化硼2份。
实施例3
石墨耐火浇注料,配方按重量份数组成,石墨28份、铝硅合金3份、镁砂40份、氧化锆24份、镁铝尖晶石20份、酚醛树脂4份、碳化硼3份。
