Claims (19)
1. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами, где наименьший дифункциональный гидроксилфенильный сегмент, использующийся для получения смолы простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами, имеет молекулярную массу, большую, чем приблизительно 500, и где наименьший дифункциональный гидроксилфенильный сегмент, использующийся для получения смолы простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами, не содержит двух и более не являющихся непарными гидроксильных групп, присоединенных к двум и более различным пятичленным или шестичленным кольцам из атомов углерода в сегменте, имеющем молекулярную массу, меньшую, чем приблизительно 500.
2. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 1, где смолу простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами получают при использовании способа, включающего
а) проведение реакции между дигидроксильным соединением и/или диаминовым соединением и соединением в виде фенолстеариновой кислоты для получения дифенола;
b) проведение реакции между дифенолом и производным диглицидилового простого эфира для получения смолы простого полиэфира; и
с) перемешивание смолы простого полиэфира с этиленненасыщенным мономерным компонентом в присутствии инициатора с получением смолы простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами.
3. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 2, где соединение в виде фенолстеариновой кислоты включает 10-(п-гидроксифенил)октадекановую кислоту.
4. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 1, где смолу простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами нейтрализуют в присутствии воды с получением композиции покрытия.
5. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 2, где реакционная смесь содержит сшиватель.
6. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 5, где сшиватель включает фенольную смолу.
7. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 2, где дигидроксильное соединение включает 1,4-циклогександиметанол, бутандиол, неопентилгликоль, 1,3-циклогександиметанол, этиленгликоль, пропиленгликоль, 1,3-пропандиол, триметилолпропан, диэтиленгликоль, полиэфиргликоль на основе простого эфира, бензиловый спирт, 2-этилгексанол, сложный полиэфир, поликарбонат, гидроксилфункциональный полиолефин или их смесь.
8. Смола простого полиэфира по п. 2, где диаминовое соединение включает пиперазиновое соединение, этилендиамин, гексаметилендиамин, жирный диамин или их смесь.
9. Смола простого полиэфира по п. 2, где производное диглицидилового простого эфира включает диглицидиловый простой эфир 1,4-циклогександиметанола, бутандиола, неопентилгликоля, циклогександиметанола, этиленгликоля, пропиленгликоля, 1,3-пропандиола, триметилолпропана, диэтиленгликоля, полиэфиргликоля на основе простого эфира или их смеси.
10. Смола простого полиэфира по п. 1, где кислотное число смолы простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами является меньшим, чем приблизительно 30 мг КОН/смола.
11. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 1, где смолу простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами получают в присутствии катализатора.
12. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 11, где катализатором является кислотный катализатор.
13. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 2, где соединение в виде фенолстеариновой кислоты присутствует при молярном соотношении, составляющем приблизительно 1:1 по отношению к гидроксильной или аминовой функциональности.
14. Смола простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 1, где смолу простого полиэфира получают в присутствии инициатора, включающего трет-бутилпероксибензоат, трет-бутилпероктаноат, дибензоилпероксид, 1,1,3,3-тетраметилбутилперокси-2-этилгексаноат или их смесь.
15. Композиция покрытия, содержащая смолу простого полиэфира с привитыми акриловыми группами по п. 1.
16. Способ нанесения покрытия на подложку, включающий нанесение композиции покрытия по п. 15 на подложку.
