1. Способ наложения защитной листовой обшивки из полимерного материала на трубопровод, предпочтительно на установке для J-образной укладки трубопровода, при этом способ включает этапы приведения каретки (16) в движение вдоль кольцевой траектории вокруг трубопровода (Р); экструзии и одновременной намотки защитной листовой обшивки (12) вокруг трубопровода (Р) посредством концевой экструзионной матрицы (47; 60; 66), смонтированной на каретке (16); сдавливания защитной листовой обшивки (12) на трубопроводе (Р) непосредственно за концевой экструзионной матрицей (47; 60; 66) по ходу движения так, что защитная листовая обшивка (12) прилипает к трубопроводу (Р), при этом способ отличается управлением этапами приведения в движение, экструзии и сдавливания так, чтобы промежуток времени между выталкиванием поперечного профиля (S1) защитной листовой обшивки (12) из концевой экструзионной матрицы (47; 60; 66) и сдавливанием того же самого поперечного профиля (S1) защитной листовой обшивки (12) составлял менее одной секунды.

Устройство для наложения защитной листовой обшивки из полимерного материала на трубопровод, предпочтительно на установке для J-образной укладки трубопровода, при этом устройство (14) содержит каретку (16), выполненную с возможностью перемещения вдоль кольцевой траектории вокруг трубопровода (Р); концевую экструзионную матрицу (47; 60; 66), смонтированную на каретке (16) и выполненную с возможностью одновременных экструзии и намотки защитной листовой обшивки (12) из полимерного материала вокруг трубопровода (Р), и прижимной ролик (50; 61), соединенный с кареткой (16) и выполненный с возможностью сдавливания защитной листовой обшивки (12) на трубопроводе (Р) так, что защитная листовая обшивка (12) прилипает к трубопроводу (Р), при этом устройство отличается тем, что концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) и прижимной ролик (50; 61) выполнены с такой конструкцией и расположены так, что максимальное расстояние между прижимным роликом (50; 61) и концевой экструзионной матрицей (47; 60; 66) составляет менее 50 мм.
17. Устройство по п. 16, в котором прижимной ролик (50) соединен с кареткой (16) с возможностью регулирования для регулирования расстояния между концевой экструзионной матрицей (47) и прижимным роликом (50).
18. Устройство по п. 16, в котором прижимной ролик (50; 61) является приводным и выполнен с возможностью регулирования его скорости для обеспечения его вращения с окружной скоростью, равной скорости перемещения концевой экструзионной матрицы (47; 60).
19. Устройство по п. 16 и содержащее экструзионную головку (36), смонтированную на каретке (16), при этом указанная концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) выполнена с
возможностью избирательной установки на экструзионной головке (36).
20. Устройство по п. 16, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) имеет экструзионный канал (48; 62; 67), который заканчивается в формующем отверстии (49; 63; 68) и имеет, по меньшей мере, одну по существу прямолинейную часть, проходящую вдоль оси (А3).
21. Устройство по п. 20, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) выполнена с возможностью избирательного наклона относительно трубопровода (Р) так, что ось (А3) образует угол наклона, составляющий менее 30°, относительно касательной к трубопроводу (Р).
22. Устройство по п. 20, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) выполнена с возможностью избирательного регулирования относительно каретки (16) для размещения формующего отверстия (49) относительно трубопровода (Р) на расстоянии, находящемся в пределах от минимального расстояния, составляющего менее 10 мм, до максимального расстояния, предпочтительно составляющего 20 мм или более.
23. Устройство по п. 20, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) содержит установочную поверхность, выполненную с возможностью прилегания к экструзионной головке (36), и две стенки, сходящиеся от установочной поверхности к формующему отверстию (49; 63; 68).
24. Устройство по п. 20, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (66) содержит удлиненную заслонку (69), имеющую полукруглое поперечное сечение и размещенную в гнезде (70) в концевой экструзионной матрице (66) вдоль экструзионного канала (67).
25. Устройство по п. 24, в котором гнездо (70) является цилиндрическим, и заслонка (69) поворачивается вокруг оси (А4) и имеет цилиндрическую поверхность (73), выполненную с возможностью образования мест уплотнения вместе с гнездом (70).
26. Устройство по п. 24, в котором экструзионный канал (67) разделен гнездом (70) на первую часть (71) канала, расположенную
до гнезда (70) по ходу потока и имеющую высоту (Н1), и вторую часть (72) канала, расположенную за гнездом (70) по ходу потока и имеющую вторую высоту (Н2), которая меньше первой высоты (Н1).
27. Устройство по п. 16, в котором концевая экструзионная матрица (47; 60; 66) содержит нагревательные элементы (ТС), предпочтительно выполненные с возможностью регулирования в зависимости от характеристик полимерного материала, из которого выполнена защитная листовая обшивка (12).
28. Устройство по п. 16, в котором прижимной ролик (61) смонтирован непосредственно на концевой экструзионной матрице (60).
29. Устройство по п. 16 и содержащее дополнительный прижимной ролик (50) для дополнительного сдавливания защитной листовой обшивки (12) на трубопроводе (Р) за прижимным роликом (61) по ходу движения.
30. Устройство по п. 16 и содержащее узел (17) пластификации и экструзии на каретке (16).
31. Рабочая станция для наложения защитной листовой обшивки на трубопровод, при этом рабочая станция (13) расположена на предназначенной для J-образной укладки трубопровода установке плавучего средства для укладки и содержит устройство (14) по п. 16.
32. Носитель, на котором сохранена программа, загружаемая непосредственно в память компьютера (20) и выполненная с возможностью - при ее выполнении компьютером (20) - обеспечить управление устройством (14) по п. 16 и выполнение этапов в способе по п. 1.
