Claims (6)
- 既設管内において、長尺の帯状体を螺旋状に巻回し製管した管状体により前記既設管の内面をライニングするライニング方法において、
(a)前記既設管の断面形状に沿うガイドフレームを前記既設管内に設置するステップ、
(b)前記ガイドフレーム上を移動する送りユニットによって前記帯状体を前記既設管の内面に対して所定の鋭角で押し付けるステップ、および
(c)前記ステップ(b)で前記既設管の内面に押し付けられた帯状体を前記ガイドフレーム上を移動する嵌合ユニットによって製管するステップを含む、ライニング方法。 - 前記帯状体は、その両側側縁に形成された嵌合部を含み、接合用嵌合部材を前記嵌合部に嵌合することにより、隣接する前記帯状体と一体化されるものであり、
前記ステップ(c)では、少なくとも前記接合用嵌合部材を押さえて、前記接合用嵌合部材を前記嵌合部に嵌合する、請求項1記載のライニング方法。 - 前記既設管は角部を有する非円形管であり、
前記ステップ(a)の前に、前記既設管の前記角部にスペーサを設けるステップをさらに含む、請求項1または2記載のライニング方法。 - 既設管内において、長尺の帯状体を螺旋状に巻回し製管した管状体により既設管の内面をライニングするライニング装置において、
前記既設管の断面形状に沿うガイドフレーム、
前記ガイドフレーム上に移動可能に装着され、前記帯状体を前記既設管の内面に対して所定の鋭角で押し付ける送りユニット、および
前記ガイドフレーム上に移動可能に装着され、前記既設管の内面に押し付けられた前記帯状体を製管する嵌合ユニットを備える、ライニング装置。 - 前記ガイドフレーム上に移動可能に装着され、前記嵌合ユニットおよび前記送りユニットを移動させる移動ユニットをさらに備える、請求項4記載のライニング装置。
- 前記ガイドフレーム上に移動可能に装着され、前記嵌合ユニットを移動させる移動ユニットをさらに備える、請求項4記載のライニング装置。
