Abstract

·1. Композиция, содержащая:(A) интерполимер винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат, имеющий более 6% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в интерполимере;(B) более 6% мас. эпоксидного пластификатора; и(C) менее 4% мас. акрилатного полимера,где композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 25 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С, измеренное дифференциальным сканирующим калориметром.2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 50 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С.3. Композиция по п. 1, в которой композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 75 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С.4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой интерполимер винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат имеет от 6,5% мас. до 9% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в полимере.5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой эпоксидированный пластификатор имеет молекулярную массу более 600 Да.6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой эпоксидным пластификатором является эпоксидированное соевое масло.7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой акрилатным полимером является полимер, содержащий акрилатный мономер, метилакрилатный мономер, стирольный мономер и их комбинации.8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой акрилатным полимером является интерполимер метилметакрилата, бутилметакрилата и бутилакрилата.9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, содержащая:(A) от более 86% мас. до 93,5% мас. интерполимера винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат, причем интерполимер имеет от 6,5 до 9% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в полимере;(B) от более 6% мас. до 10% мас. эпоксидированного соевого масла; и(C) от 0,5% мас. до менее 4% мас. акрилатного полимера, которым является интерполимер метилметакрилата, бутилметакрилата и бутилакрилата.10. Claims (14)

  1. ·1. Композиция, содержащая:
    (A) интерполимер винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат, имеющий более 6% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в интерполимере;
    (B) более 6% мас. эпоксидного пластификатора; и
    (C) менее 4% мас. акрилатного полимера,
    где композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 25 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С, измеренное дифференциальным сканирующим калориметром.
  2. 2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 50 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С.
  3. 3. Композиция по п. 1, в которой композиция имеет время кристаллизации более 75 мин при кристаллизации при 35°С.
  4. 4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой интерполимер винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат имеет от 6,5% мас. до 9% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в полимере.
  5. 5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой эпоксидированный пластификатор имеет молекулярную массу более 600 Да.
  6. 6. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой эпоксидным пластификатором является эпоксидированное соевое масло.
  7. 7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой акрилатным полимером является полимер, содержащий акрилатный мономер, метилакрилатный мономер, стирольный мономер и их комбинации.
  8. 8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой акрилатным полимером является интерполимер метилметакрилата, бутилметакрилата и бутилакрилата.
  9. 9. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, содержащая:
    (A) от более 86% мас. до 93,5% мас. интерполимера винилиденхлорид/метилакрилат, причем интерполимер имеет от 6,5 до 9% мас. метилакрилатных мономерных звеньев в полимере;
    (B) от более 6% мас. до 10% мас. эпоксидированного соевого масла; и
    (C) от 0,5% мас. до менее 4% мас. акрилатного полимера, которым является интерполимер метилметакрилата, бутилметакрилата и бутилакрилата.
  10. 10. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, которая имеет скорость кислородопропускания 1,5-9,0·см3·мил/100 дюйм2·ати·день (0,002-0,014 см3·мкм/см2·(кг/см2)·ч) согласно ASTM D 3985.
  11. 11. Изделие, содержащее композицию по п. 1.
  12. 12. Изделие по п. 11, где изделие выбирают из группы, состоящей из пленки, листа, волокна и их комбинаций.
  13. 13. Изделие по п. 12, где изделием является упаковочная пленка, имеющая скорость кислородопропускания 1,5-15,0 см3·мил/100 дюйм2·ати·день·(0,002-0,02 см3·мкм/см2·(кг/см2)·ч).
  14. 14. Многослойная пленка, содержащая:
    (A) первый и второй поверхностные слои; и
    (B) внутренний слой, расположенный между поверхностными слоями, где внутренний слой содержит композицию по любому из пп. 1-10.
