Abstract
1. Лист на асфальтной основе, содержащий:(i) асфальтовый компонент, включающий асфальтовый связующий материал; и(ii) слой, включающий расширяющийся графит, причем указанный слой является смежным по отношению к указанному асфальтовому компоненту.2. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент дополнительно содержит полимерный модификатор, диспергированный в асфальтовом связующем материале.3. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент содержит встроенный в него текстильный материал.4. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, дополнительно включающий полимерный слой ламинированный с указанным асфальтовым компонентом.5. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент представляет собой плоское тело из асфальтового материала, имеющее первую и вторую плоские поверхности, указанный расширяющийся графит осажден на указанной первой плоской поверхности, которая дополнительно ламинирована с полимерным слоем.6. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 5, дополнительно включающий удаляемую разделительную пленку на указанной второй поверхности.7. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что расширяющийся графит имеет начальную температуру расширения по меньшей мере 130°C.8. Claims (16)
1. Лист на асфальтной основе, содержащий:
(i) асфальтовый компонент, включающий асфальтовый связующий материал; и
(ii) слой, включающий расширяющийся графит, причем указанный слой является смежным по отношению к указанному асфальтовому компоненту.
2. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент дополнительно содержит полимерный модификатор, диспергированный в асфальтовом связующем материале.
3. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент содержит встроенный в него текстильный материал.
4. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, дополнительно включающий полимерный слой ламинированный с указанным асфальтовым компонентом.
5. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что асфальтовый компонент представляет собой плоское тело из асфальтового материала, имеющее первую и вторую плоские поверхности, указанный расширяющийся графит осажден на указанной первой плоской поверхности, которая дополнительно ламинирована с полимерным слоем.

9. Лист на асфальтной основе по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина слоя, включающего расширяющийся графит, составляет от приблизительно 10 мкм до приблизительно 3 мм.
10. Применение листа на асфальтной основе по п. 1 в качестве одного или более слоев кровельного изоляционного материала.
11. Применение листа на асфальтной основе по п. 1 в качестве подложки кровли.
12. Применение листа на асфальтной основе по п. 1 в качестве защитного листа.
13. Способ получения листа на асфальтной основе, включающий:
a. создание листа на асфальтной основе; и
b. внесение частиц расширяющегося графита в лист на асфальтной основе.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что указанная стадия внесения частиц расширяющегося графита включает добавление по каплям расширяющегося графита на лист, на который нанесен расплавленный асфальт и расширяющийся графит добавляют по каплям со скоростью и в количестве необходимой для создания по меньшей мере частичного слоя частиц расширяющегося графита вблизи с асфальтом в листе с асфальтовым покрытием.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что указанная стадия внесения частиц расширяющегося графита включает по меньшей мере частичное погружение частиц графита в асфальт, таким образом, что асфальт служит в качестве связующего материала и удерживает частицы графита или служит для прилипания частиц графита к поверхности листа.
16. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что добавление по каплям частиц расширяющегося графита на лист на асфальтной основе проводят после получения листа на асфальтной основе из расплавленной асфальтовой композиции и перед охлаждением асфальтового материала.
