Abstract
1. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой подложка представляет собой подложку со сквозным течением через нее, и система выпуска выхлопных газов дополнительно содержит фильтр частиц.4. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по пп. 1, 2 или 3, в которой цеолит выбирают из группы, состоящей из бета-цеолита, фожазита, L-цеолита, ZSM-цеолита, SSZ-цеолита, ферриерита, морденита, шабазита, оффретита, эрионита, клиноптилолита, силикалита, цеолита на основе фосфата алюминия, мезопористого цеолита и их смесей.5. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой металл платиновой группы выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, родия и их смесей, и носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из неорганических оксидов, цеолитов и их смесей.6. Claims (15)
1. Система выпуска выхлопных газов для двигателей внутреннего сгорания, содержащая:
(a) ловушку обедненного NOx; и
(b) покрытую катализатором подложку, имеющую первую зону и вторую зону, где первая зона содержит металл платиновой группы, нагруженный на носитель, а вторая зона содержит медь или железо, нагруженные на цеолит, и первая зона или вторая зона дополнительно содержит оксид простого (неблагородного) металла или простой металл, нагруженный на неорганический оксид.
2. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой подложка представляет собой фильтрующую подложку.
3. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой подложка представляет собой подложку со сквозным течением через нее, и система выпуска выхлопных газов дополнительно содержит фильтр частиц.
4. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по пп. 1, 2 или 3, в которой цеолит выбирают из группы, состоящей из бета-цеолита, фожазита, L-цеолита, ZSM-цеолита, SSZ-цеолита, ферриерита, морденита, шабазита, оффретита, эрионита, клиноптилолита, силикалита, цеолита на основе фосфата алюминия, мезопористого цеолита и их смесей.
5. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой металл платиновой группы выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины, родия и их смесей, и носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из неорганических оксидов, цеолитов и их смесей.
6. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой простой металл выбирают из группы, состоящей из железа, марганца, меди, никеля и их смесей, и оксид простого металла выбирают из группы, состоящей из оксида железа, оксида марганца, оксида меди, оксида никеля и их смесей.
7. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой вторая зона содержит медь или железо, нагруженные на цеолит, и оксид простого металла или простой металл, нагруженный на неорганический оксид.
8. Система выпуска выхлопных газов по п. 1, в которой покрытая катализатором подложка ориентирована таким образом, что первая зона контактирует с выхлопным газом из ловушки NOx перед второй зоной.
9. Покрытая катализатором подложка, имеющая первую зону и вторую зону, где первая зона содержит металл платиновой группы, нагруженный на носитель, А вторая зона содержит медь или железо, нагруженные на цеолит, а первая зона или вторая зона дополнительно содержат оксид простого металла или простой металл, нагруженный на неорганический оксид.
10. Покрытая катализатором подложка по п. 9, где подложка представляет собой фильтрующую подложку или подложку со сквозным прохождением потока.
11. Покрытая катализатором подложка по п. 9, в которой цеолит выбирают из группы, состоящей из бета-цеолита, фожазита, L-цеолита, ZSM-цеолита, SSZ-цеолита, ферриерита, морденита, шабазита, оффретита, эрионита, клиноптилолита, силикалита, цеолита на основе фосфата алюминия, мезопористого цеолита и их
смесей.
12. Покрытая катализатором подложка по п. 9, в которой металл платиновой группы выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, платины и их смесей, и носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из неорганических оксидов, цеолитов и их смесей.
13. Покрытая катализатором подложка по любому из пп. 9-12, в которой простой металл выбирают из группы, состоящей из железа, марганца, меди, никеля и их смесей, и оксид простого металла выбирают из группы, состоящей из оксида железа, оксида марганца, оксида меди, оксида никеля и их смесей.
14. Покрытая катализатором подложка по любому из пп. 9-12, в которой вторая зона содержит медь или железо, нагруженные на цеолит, и оксид простого металла или простой металл, нагруженные на неорганический оксид.
15. Способ обработки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, включающий протекание выхлопного газа через ловушку обедненного NOx и покрытую катализатором подложку по п. 9.
