Abstract
1. Способ снижения количества оксидов азота и серы в выхлопном газе из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедных смесях, включающий пропускание выхлопного газа вместе с отрегулированным количеством аммиака через каталитическую систему, содержащую один или более катализаторов, активных в отношении реакции с оксидами азота с получением азота, где в выхлоп вводят сам аммиак или аммиак образуется после введения в выхлопной газ до пропускания выхлопного газа через каталитическую систему;пропускание обработанного таким образом выхлопного газа через турбину в турбокомпрессоре; иудаление триоксида серы и/или аммониевых соединений серы, присутствующих в выхлопе из турбокомпрессора, на последующей стадии обработки выхлопного газа, гдевыхлопной газ пропускают через каталитическую систему при температуре выше температуры конденсации аммониевых соединений серы, образованных по реакции с аммиаком в выхлопном газе, и где количество аммиака в выхлопном газе регулируют таким образом, чтобы получить количество менее 2 част./млн объемных или более 10 част./млн объемных после пропускания через каталитическую систему.2. Способ по п. 1, в котором количество аммиака в выхлопном газе регулируют таким образом, чтобы получить количество менее 0,5 част./млн объемных после пропускания через каталитическую систему.3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором двигателем внутреннего сгорания является двухтактный двигатель.4. Claims (7)
1. Способ снижения количества оксидов азота и серы в выхлопном газе из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедных смесях, включающий пропускание выхлопного газа вместе с отрегулированным количеством аммиака через каталитическую систему, содержащую один или более катализаторов, активных в отношении реакции с оксидами азота с получением азота, где в выхлоп вводят сам аммиак или аммиак образуется после введения в выхлопной газ до пропускания выхлопного газа через каталитическую систему;
пропускание обработанного таким образом выхлопного газа через турбину в турбокомпрессоре; и
удаление триоксида серы и/или аммониевых соединений серы, присутствующих в выхлопе из турбокомпрессора, на последующей стадии обработки выхлопного газа, где
выхлопной газ пропускают через каталитическую систему при температуре выше температуры конденсации аммониевых соединений серы, образованных по реакции с аммиаком в выхлопном газе, и где количество аммиака в выхлопном газе регулируют таким образом, чтобы получить количество менее 2 част./млн объемных или более 10 част./млн объемных после пропускания через каталитическую систему.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором количество аммиака в выхлопном газе регулируют таким образом, чтобы получить количество менее 0,5 част./млн объемных после пропускания через каталитическую систему.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором двигателем внутреннего сгорания является двухтактный двигатель.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1 или 2, в котором последующая стадия обработки выхлопного газа включает промывание или газоочистку водой.
5. Способ по п. 4, в котором стадию обработки выхлопного газа проводят в паровом утилизаторе тепла отработавших газов и/или мокром газоочистителе.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором паровой утилизатор тепла отработавших газов периодически промывают водой или очищают продувкой сажи.
7. Применение способа, определенного в любом из пп. 1-6, для снижения оксидов азота и серы в выхлопном газе из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедных смесях, установленного на борту морского судна.
