1. Устройство фильтрации крови, содержащее:по существу, цилиндрический корпус, имеющий внутреннюю стенку;внутренний элемент, установленный внутри корпуса и имеющий внешнюю поверхность;внутреннюю стенку корпуса и/или внешнюю поверхность внутреннего элемента, содержащую пористую мембрану, расположенную на расстоянии от передней стенки корпуса или поверхности внутреннего элемента, с образованием кольцевого зазора между ними;при этом корпус и внутренний элемент могут вращаться относительно друг друга;впуск для направления цельной крови, содержащей плазму и эритроциты, в кольцевой зазор;первый выпуск для направления плазмы, проходящей через мембрану, в контейнер для сбора; ивторой выпуск для направления из кольцевого зазора оставшихся компонентов крови;при этом мембрана имеет площадь поверхности, достаточную для отделения плазмы с такой скоростью потока, что время нахождения эритроцитов в пределах кольцевого зазора является недостаточным для того, чтобы вызвать ненадлежащий гемолиз эритроцитов.2. внутреннюю стенку корпуса и/или внешнюю поверхность внутреннего элемента, содержащую пористую мембрану, расположенную на расстоянии от передней стенки корпуса или поверхности внутреннего элемента, с образованием кольцевого зазора между ними;
при этом корпус и внутренний элемент могут вращаться относительно друг друга;
впуск для направления цельной крови, содержащей плазму и эритроциты, в кольцевой зазор;
первый выпуск для направления плазмы, проходящей через мембрану, в контейнер для сбора; и
второй выпуск для направления из кольцевого зазора оставшихся компонентов крови;
при этом мембрана имеет площадь поверхности, достаточную для отделения плазмы с такой скоростью потока, что время нахождения эритроцитов в пределах кольцевого зазора является недостаточным для того, чтобы вызвать ненадлежащий гемолиз эритроцитов.
2. Устройство фильтрации крови по п. 1, в котором внутренний элемент имеет диаметр, превышающий диаметр внутренних элементов устройств предшествующего уровня техники, и/или длину фильтрации, превышающую длину фильтрации внутреннего элемента сравниваемого устройства.
3. Устройство фильтрации крови по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором внутренний элемент имеет диаметр, вплоть до около 2,0 раз превышающий диаметр внутреннего элемента предшествующего уровня техники, и длину фильтрации, вплоть до около 2,5 раз превышающую длину фильтрации внутреннего элемента сравниваемого устройства.
4. Устройство фильтрации крови по п. 1, в котором ротационный вращатель имеет диаметр около 1,65 дюйма и длину фильтрации около 5,52 дюйма.
5. Устройство фильтрации крови по п. 1, дополнительно содержащее выступ, продолжающийся от внутренней стенки корпуса или внешней стенки внутреннего элемента, с тем чтобы уменьшить кольцевой зазор между ними, при этом выступ образует отдельные области потока для текучей среды, введенной в кольцевой зазор.
6. Устройство фильтрации крови по п. 5, в котором выступ имеет осевой размер, не меньший размера кольцевого зазора.
7. Устройство фильтрации крови, содержащее:
по существу, цилиндрический корпус, имеющий внутреннюю стенку;
внутренний элемент, установленный внутри корпуса и имеющий внешнюю поверхность;
внутреннюю стенку корпуса и/или внешнюю поверхность внутреннего элемента, содержащую мембрану фильтра, расположенную на расстоянии от передней стенки корпуса или поверхности внутреннего элемента, с образованием кольцевого зазора между ними;
при этом корпус и внутренний элемент могут вращаться друг относительно друга;
выступ, продолжающийся от внутренней стенки корпуса или внешней поверхности внутреннего элемента, с тем чтобы уменьшить кольцевой зазор между ними, при этом выступ образует отдельные области потока для текучей среды, введенной в кольцевой зазор.
8. Устройство фильтрации крови по п. 7, в котором выступ имеет осевой размер, не меньший размера кольцевого зазора.
9. Способ создания устройства фильтрации крови, содержащего пористую мембрану, при этом этапы способа включают в себя:
разработку модели, использующей входные данные, полученные полуэмпирически от существующего устройства фильтрации, имеющего пористую мембрану с заданными размерами, для получения заданных выходных данных;
применение модели к устройствам фильтрации с различными размерами, с тем чтобы получить спрогнозированные значения для заданных выходных данных;
рассмотрение прогнозируемых значений, полученных для заданных выходных данных; и
выбор площади поверхности мембраны фильтра на основании сравнения спрогнозированных значений, полученных посредством применения модели.
10. Способ по п. 9, в котором выбранные размеры мембраны обеспечивают такую площадь поверхности мембраны, которая улучшает одну или более характеристик фильтрации.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором устройство фильтрации содержит
внутренний элемент, имеющий установленную на него мембрану фильтра, при этом внутренний элемент установлен с возможностью вращения относительно по существу цилиндрического корпуса и находится на расстоянии от него, с образованием зазора восстановления крови, и при этом внутренний элемент имеет диаметр и длину фильтрации, достаточные для того, чтобы обеспечить фильтрацию без ненадлежащего лизиса эритроцитов в крови.
12. Способ по пп. 9-11, в котором модель применяется к устройствам фильтрации, имеющим различные размеры для одного или более параметров из длины фильтрации, внутреннего радиуса зазора сдвига и радиуса ротора с прикрепленной мембраной.
