Abstract

1. Выхлопная система для автомобильного двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедных смесях, который выделяет оксиды азота (NO) и твердые частицы (PM), причем система содержит катализатор восстановления NOдля восстановления NOв присутствии восстановителя, устройство для введения восстановителя в поток выхлопного газа и источник восстановителя, выбранный из группы, состоящей из углеводородного восстановителя, азотсодержащего восстановителя, водорода и смесей любых двух и более из них, фильтр для удаления PM из выхлопного газа, протекающего в выхлопной системе, и контур рециркуляции выхлопного газа (EGR) низкого давления для соединения выхлопной системы ниже по потоку относительно фильтра с воздухозаборником двигателя, причем контур EGR содержит катализатор-адсорбент NO(NAC), содержащий адсорбент оксида азота (NO).2. Выхлопная система по п. 1, в которой адсорбент NO состоит из палладия и оксида церия, или смешанного оксида, или композитного оксида, содержащего церий и по меньшей мере один другой переходный металл.3. Выхлопная система по п. 2, в которой по меньшей мере один другой переходный металл в смешанном оксиде или композитном оксиде представляет собой цирконий.4. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой адсорбент NO имеет содержание палладия от 0,1 до 200 г/фут(0,0035-7,1 г/л).5. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой адсорбент NO комбинируется с термически регенерируемым адсорбентом NOдля прямой адсорбции NOпри температуре выше 200°C и прямой десорбции NOпри температуре выше 250°C, причем термически регенерируемый абсорбент NOсодержит платину и оксид металла.6. Claims (15)

1. Выхлопная система для автомобильного двигателя внутреннего сгорания, работающего на бедных смесях, который выделяет оксиды азота (NOx) и твердые частицы (PM), причем система содержит катализатор восстановления NOx для восстановления NOx в присутствии восстановителя, устройство для введения восстановителя в поток выхлопного газа и источник восстановителя, выбранный из группы, состоящей из углеводородного восстановителя, азотсодержащего восстановителя, водорода и смесей любых двух и более из них, фильтр для удаления PM из выхлопного газа, протекающего в выхлопной системе, и контур рециркуляции выхлопного газа (EGR) низкого давления для соединения выхлопной системы ниже по потоку относительно фильтра с воздухозаборником двигателя, причем контур EGR содержит катализатор-адсорбент NOx (NAC), содержащий адсорбент оксида азота (NO).
2. Выхлопная система по п. 1, в которой адсорбент NO состоит из палладия и оксида церия, или смешанного оксида, или композитного оксида, содержащего церий и по меньшей мере один другой переходный металл.
3. Выхлопная система по п. 2, в которой по меньшей мере один другой переходный металл в смешанном оксиде или композитном оксиде представляет собой цирконий.
4. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой адсорбент NO имеет содержание палладия от 0,1 до 200 г/фут3 (0,0035-7,1 г/л).
5. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой адсорбент NO комбинируется с термически регенерируемым адсорбентом NOx для прямой адсорбции NOx при температуре выше 200°C и прямой десорбции NOx при температуре выше 250°C, причем термически регенерируемый абсорбент NOx содержит платину и оксид металла.
6. Выхлопная система по п. 5, в которой термически регенерируемый абсорбент NOx содержит платину, диспергированную на оксиде алюминия и/или диоксиде циркония.
7. Выхлопная система по п. 5, в которой адсорбент NO находится в нижележащем слое, а термически регенерируемый абсорбент NOx находится в слое, перекрывающем нижележащий слой.
8. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой катализатор восстановления NOx находится ниже по потоку относительно фильтра.
9. Выхлопная система по п. 8, в которой устройство для введения восстановителя в поток выхлопного газа находится между фильтром и катализатором восстановления NOx.
10. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой катализатор восстановления NOx находится на фильтре.
11. Выхлопная система по п. 10, в которой устройство для введения восстановителя в поток выхлопного газа находится ниже по потоку относительно фильтра.
12. Выхлопная система по п. 1, 2 или 3, содержащая катализатор окисления для окисления NO до диоксида азота, находящийся выше по потоку относительно фильтра и/или катализатора восстановления NOx.
13. Выхлопная система п. 1, 2 или 3, в которой катализатор
восстановления NOx селективно катализирует восстановление NOx с использованием азотсодержащего восстановителя.
14. Выхлопная система по п. 13, в которой азотсодержащий восстановитель представляет собой аммиак, гидразин или прекурсор аммиака, выбранный из группы, состоящей из мочевины ((NH2)2CO), карбоната аммония, карбамата аммония, гидрокарбоната аммония и формиата аммония.
15. Двигатель внутреннего сгорания, работающий на бедных смесях, содержащий выхлопную систему по п. 1.
