Abstract
1. Устройство для удаления материала для вырезания материала из полости сосуда, содержащее:трубчатую оболочку, имеющую дистальный и проксимальный концы и полость;первый приводной стержень, проходящий через полость трубчатой оболочки и выполненный с возможностью вращения в первом направлении;второй приводной стержень, проходящий через полость трубчатой оболочки и выполненный с возможностью вращения во втором направлении;первый режущий элемент, соединенный с первым приводным стержнем;второй режущий элемент, размещенный на дистальном конце второго приводного стержня; иприводное устройство, соединенное с первым и вторым приводными стержнями и выполненное с возможностью вращения первого приводного стержня в указанном первом направлении и второго приводного стержня в указанном втором направлении.2. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором приводное устройство содержит первый приводной элемент, соединенный с первым приводным стержнем, и второй приводной элемент, соединенный со вторым приводным стержнем.3. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором первое направление противоположно второму направлению.4. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором приводное устройство выполнено с возможностью вращения первого приводного стержня с первой скоростью и выполнено с возможностью вращения второго приводного стержня со второй скоростью, причем первая скорость отличается от второй скорости.5. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором первый приводной стержень выполнен трубчатым и включает в себя внутреннюю поверхность, которая образует полость, и при этомвторой приводной сте�
Claims (12)
1. Устройство для удаления материала для вырезания материала из полости сосуда, содержащее:
трубчатую оболочку, имеющую дистальный и проксимальный концы и полость;
первый приводной стержень, проходящий через полость трубчатой оболочки и выполненный с возможностью вращения в первом направлении;
второй приводной стержень, проходящий через полость трубчатой оболочки и выполненный с возможностью вращения во втором направлении;
первый режущий элемент, соединенный с первым приводным стержнем;
второй режущий элемент, размещенный на дистальном конце второго приводного стержня; и
приводное устройство, соединенное с первым и вторым приводными стержнями и выполненное с возможностью вращения первого приводного стержня в указанном первом направлении и второго приводного стержня в указанном втором направлении.
2. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором приводное устройство содержит первый приводной элемент, соединенный с первым приводным стержнем, и второй приводной элемент, соединенный со вторым приводным стержнем.
3. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором первое направление противоположно второму направлению.
4. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором приводное устройство выполнено с возможностью вращения первого приводного стержня с первой скоростью и выполнено с возможностью вращения второго приводного стержня со второй скоростью, причем первая скорость отличается от второй скорости.
5. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором первый приводной стержень выполнен трубчатым и включает в себя внутреннюю поверхность, которая образует полость, и при этом
второй приводной стержень размещен, по меньшей мере частично, внутри полости первого приводного стержня.
6. Устройство для удаления материала по п.5, в котором второй приводной стержень имеет наружную поверхность, а
между наружной поверхностью второго приводного стержня и внутренней поверхностью первого приводного стержня образована камера для размещения материала.
7. Устройство для удаления материала по п.6, в котором по меньшей мере одна поверхность из внутренней поверхности первого приводного стержня и внешней поверхности второго приводного стержня содержит один или несколько выполненных приподнятыми элементов для перемещения материала, причем указанный один или указанные несколько выполненных приподнятыми элементов для перемещения материала выполнен или выполнены с возможностью перемещения материала, вырезанного из полости сосуда, в проксимальном направлении.
8. Устройство для удаления материала по п.7, в котором указанный один или указанные несколько выполненных приподнятыми элементов для перемещения материала расположены в спиральной конфигурации.
9. Устройство для удаления материала по п.4, в котором первое направление такое же, как второе направление.
10. Устройство для удаления материала по п.8, в котором указанный один или указанные несколько выполненных приподнятыми элементов для перемещения материала выполнен или выполнены в виде спирального выступа.
11. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором первый и второй режущие элементы имеют первое состояние, в котором первый и второй режущие элементы размещены внутри полости трубчатой оболочки, и второе состояние, в котором первый и второй режущие элементы по меньшей мере частично размещены открыто за дистальным концом трубчатой оболочки.
12. Устройство для удаления материала по п.1, в котором приводное устройство содержит простой приводной двигатель.
