Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain ideal distributing type of coarse grain and fine grain by attached simple equipment, by classifying charging material on belt conveyor for charging in the blast furnace and separately charging the charging material into coase and fine grain sizes from furnace top. CONSTITUTION:One the way of the above conveyor 1 line, the head difference H is arranged, and by this method, the charging material 2 is horizontal 2 is horizontally flown by utilizing the inertia, and a grain size classifier 3 for classifying the charging material 2 into the coarse grain 2a and the fine grain 2b toward line direction by a partition plate 4 at dropping point thereof is arranged. By this method, gas permeability and gas ratio are changed to good condition and synthetically fuel ratio can be reduced.
