Abstract
1. Конструктивный элемент, содержащий сплошной линейный профиль, имеющий первый компонент, образованный из уплотненного многослойного материала, состоящего из отдельных лент, каждая из которых содержит множество непрерывных волокон по существу ориентированных в продольном направлении, и полимерную матрицу, которая содержит один или более термопластичных полимеров, и в которую внедрены непрерывные волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 40 мас.% до около 90 мас.% ленты, и термопластичные полимеры составляют от около 10 мас.% до около 60 мас.% ленты, и модуль изгиба профиля составляет около 10 ГПа или более.2. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна содержат стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или комбинацию стеклянных и углеродных волокон.3. Claims (27)
1. Конструктивный элемент, содержащий сплошной линейный профиль, имеющий первый компонент, образованный из уплотненного многослойного материала, состоящего из отдельных лент, каждая из которых содержит множество непрерывных волокон по существу ориентированных в продольном направлении, и полимерную матрицу, которая содержит один или более термопластичных полимеров, и в которую внедрены непрерывные волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 40 мас.% до около 90 мас.% ленты, и термопластичные полимеры составляют от около 10 мас.% до около 60 мас.% ленты, и модуль изгиба профиля составляет около 10 ГПа или более.
2. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна содержат стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или комбинацию стеклянных и углеродных волокон.
3. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором термопластичные полимеры содержат полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их комбинацию.
4. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от около 50 мас.% до около 85 мас.% ленты.
5. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором лента имеет пористость, составляющую около 2% или менее.
6. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором многослойный материал содержит от 10 до 30 отдельных лент.
7. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором профиль имеет модуль изгиба, составляющий от около 30 до около 60 ГПа.
8. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором профиль имеет прочность на изгиб, составляющую около 250 МПа или более.
9. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором профиль имеет прочность на изгиб, составляющую от около 300 до около 2000 МПа.
10. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором профиль имеет пористость, составляющую около 2% или менее.
11. Конструктивный элемент по п.1, в котором профиль содержит второй компонент, образованный из уплотненного многослойного материала, состоящего из отдельных лент, каждая из которых содержит множество непрерывных волокон, по существу ориентированных в продольном направлении, и полимерную матрицу, которая содержит один или более термопластичных полимеров, и в которую внедрены непрерывные волокна, причем непрерывные волокна второго компонента имеют более высокую прочность на растяжение в продольном направлении, чем непрерывные волокна первого компонента.
12. Конструктивный элемент по п.11, в котором соотношение прочности на растяжение непрерывных волокон второго компонента и прочности на растяжение непрерывных волокон первого компонента в продольном направлении составляет от около 1,2 до около 2,5.
13. Конструктивный элемент по п.11, в котором второй компонент распределен, в основном, симметрично относительно центра поперечного сечения профиля.
14. Конструктивный элемент по п.11, в котором непрерывные волокна второго компонента содержат углеродные волокна, и непрерывные волокна первого компонента содержат стеклянные волокна.
15. Способ изготовления сплошного линейного профиля, содержащий следующие стадии:
обеспечение множества отдельных лент, каждая из которых содержит множество непрерывных волокон, по существу, ориентированных в продольном направлении, и полимерной матрицы, которая содержит один или более термопластичных полимеров, и в которую внедрены непрерывные волокна, причем непрерывные волокна составляют от около 40 мас.% до около 90 мас.% ленты, и термопластичные полимеры составляют от около 10 мас.% до около 60 мас.% ленты;
нагрев лент до температуры размягчения полимерной матрицы или выше данной температуры;
протягивание нагретых лент через первую фильеру для уплотнения лент друг с другом и образования многослойного материала и через вторую фильеру для формования многослойного материала; и
охлаждение формованного многослойного материала для изготовления сплошного профиля.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором непрерывные волокна содержат стеклянные волокна, углеродные волокна или комбинацию стеклянных и углеродных волокон.
17. Способ по п.15, в котором термопластичные полимеры содержат полиолефин, простой полиэфиркетон, простой полиэфиримид, полиариленкетон, жидкокристаллический полимер, полиариленсульфид, фторсодержащий полимер, полиацеталь, полиуретан, поликарбонат, стирольный полимер, сложный полиэфир, полиамид или их комбинацию.
18. Способ по п.15, в котором непрерывные волокна составляют от около 50 мас.% до около 85 мас.% ленты.
19. Способ по п.15, в котором лента имеет пористость, составляющую около 2% или менее.
20. Способ по п.15, в котором от 10 до 30 отдельных лент используют для формирования многослойного материала.
21. Способ по п.15, в котором ленты нагреваются в инфракрасной печи.
22. Способ по п.15, в котором обеспечивается охлаждение многослойного материала после выхода из первой фильеры и перед входом во вторую фильеру.
23. Способ по п.15, в котором осуществляется термическая обработка в водяном резервуаре, поддерживаемом при температуре, составляющей от около 1°C до около 1°C.
24. Способ по п.15, в котором первая часть лент имеет более высокую прочность на растяжение в продольном направлении, чем вторая часть лент.
25. Способ по п.24, в котором непрерывные волокна первой части содержат углеродные волокна, и непрерывные волокна второй части содержат стеклянные волокна.
26. Способ по п.15, в котором профиль имеет пористость, составляющую около 2% или менее.
27. Способ по п.15, в котором профиль имеет модуль изгиба, составляющий около 10 ГПа или более, и прочность на изгиб, составляющую от около 250 МПа или более.
