Abstract
1. A method for the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities using endovasal laser coagulation of veins, in which the area of the skin undergoing surgery is treated with an antiseptic solution, the ultrasound device controls the introduction of a catheter into the lumen of the vessel, through which the light guide to the safeno-femoral anastomosis is carried out, and a tumecent aqueous A “pillow” with physiological saline, after which laser energy is applied to a pathological vessel, characterized in that to create a tumese tnoj aqueous "cushion" is used cold, ozonized 0.9% saline, and the solution temperature is 5-7 ° C, the ozone concentration of 4.5 ug / ml, and the ozone saturation time min.2 5-8. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that to enhance the analgesic effect when performing endovasal laser coagulation of veins, a zoned 0.1% lidocaine solution with a temperature of 5-7 ° C, an ozone concentration of 4-5 μg / ml and an ozone saturation time of 5-8 are used min. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that after the procedure, applications of ozonized heparin-containing gels are performed in the projection of the coagulated vein, the exposure of 50 ml of which is 60-90 min until the gel ozone concentration is 6500-7000 μg / ml.
