Abstract
1. Композит, содержащий- несущую деталь,- пористую деталь и- по меньшей мере две соединительные детали, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга и вытянутые от несущей детали к пористой детали, таким образом соединяя их друг с другом,отличающийся тем, что- каждая соединительная деталь изготовлена в виде ленты, имеющей длину, ширину и высоту, причем как ширина, так и высота независимо составляет не более чем 20% длины ленты, и- по меньшей мере, одна из соединительных деталей вставлена по меньшей мере частично в несущую и пористую детали.2. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что как ширина, так и высота соединительной детали независимо составляют не более чем 15% длины соединительной детали.3. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что как указанная несущая деталь, так и указанная пористая деталь содержит волокна и матрицу.4. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что количество волокон на объем несущей детали больше, чем количество волокон на объем пористой детали.5. Claims (19)
1. Композит, содержащий
- несущую деталь,
- пористую деталь и
- по меньшей мере две соединительные детали, расположенные на расстоянии друг от друга и вытянутые от несущей детали к пористой детали, таким образом соединяя их друг с другом,
отличающийся тем, что
- каждая соединительная деталь изготовлена в виде ленты, имеющей длину, ширину и высоту, причем как ширина, так и высота независимо составляет не более чем 20% длины ленты, и
- по меньшей мере, одна из соединительных деталей вставлена по меньшей мере частично в несущую и пористую детали.
2. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что как ширина, так и высота соединительной детали независимо составляют не более чем 15% длины соединительной детали.
3. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что как указанная несущая деталь, так и указанная пористая деталь содержит волокна и матрицу.
4. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что количество волокон на объем несущей детали больше, чем количество волокон на объем пористой детали.
5. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что количество матрицы на объем несущей детали больше, чем количество матрицы на объем пористой детали.
6. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что волокна несущей детали имеют форму текстильной ткани или ровницы с однонаправленными волокнами.
7. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что волокна пористой детали имеют форму, которая выбрана из группы, состоящей из штапелированного, случайно ориентированного волокна, текстильной ткани или трехмерной волокнистой ткани.
8. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что соединительная деталь содержит матрицу.
9. Композит по п.8, отличающийся тем, что соединительная деталь дополнительно содержит наполнители.
10. Композит по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит частицы модификатора.
11. Композит по п.10, отличающийся тем, что частицы модификатора улучшают остеокондуктивность композита.
12. Композит по п.10, отличающийся тем, что частицы модификатора выбраны из группы, состоящей из биоактивной керамики, биоактивного стекла, геля диоксида кремния, гелей титана, ксерогеля диоксида кремния, аэрогеля диоксида кремния, натриевого силикатного стекла, биоактивного стеклянного иономера, гидроксиапатита, легированного кальцием и фосфором геля диоксида кремния и их смесей.
13. Композит по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что материалы матрицы несущей детали, пористой детали и соединительной детали состоят из одинаковых компонентов в различных количествах.
14. Композит по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит готовые стоматологические имплантаты, установленные на соединительных деталях.
15. Применение композита по любому из пп.1-14 в стоматологических и медицинских применениях.
16. Применение по п.15, отличающееся тем, что указанное применение предназначено для замены костей или опоры сломанных костей.
17. Имплантат, содержащий композит по любому из пп.1-14.
18. Имплантат по п.17, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит стволовые клетки.
19. Способ производства композитного материала, содержащего несущую деталь, пористую деталь и по меньшей мере две соединительные детали, содержащий следующие стадии:
a) изготавливают несущую деталь и доводят до конечной формы, требуемой для композита, и по меньшей мере частично отверждают,
b) формируют соединительные детали и устанавливают на несущую деталь на расстоянии друг от друга,
c) изготавливают пористую деталь, доводят до формы, соответствующей форме несущей детали, и по меньшей мере частично отверждают, и
d) напрессовывают пористую деталь на несущую деталь с той же стороны, на которой находятся соединительные детали.
