本発明は、構造部、多孔質部、および互いに隔てて配置され且つ構造部から多孔質部まで延びていて、そのため構造部と多孔質部とを互いに接続する少なくとも2つの相互接続部を有する複合材料に関する。本発明による典型的な複合材において、各相互接続部は、幅および高さが独立して長さの最大でも20%である長さ、幅および高さを有する帯状であって、且つ相互接続部の少なくとも1つが少なくとも部分的に構造部および多孔質部に埋め込まれている。
それゆえ、構造部は好適には多孔質部よりも高い密度を有し、且つマトリックスを形成している樹脂による繊維の含浸率は多孔質部におけるよりも高い。両方の部材の含浸率は5〜100%で変わり得る。
また、本発明による複合材料は、下記のようにさらなる利用法にとって必要である他の部材を含み得る。
a)構造部が製作されそして複合材料にとって必要な最終形状に成形され、そして少なくとも部分的に硬化される工程、
b)複数の相互接続部が形づくられそして互いに距離を置いて前記構造部上に置かれる工程、
c)多孔質部が製作され、前記構造部の形状に一致して成形されそして少なくとも部分的に硬化される工程および
d)複数の相互接続部と同じ側の構造部に前記多孔質部が押圧される工程
が行われる。
また、前記方法は、さらに最終硬化の工程f)を含み得る。
また、前記複合材料およびその利用法に関連した上記の特定の実施態様および詳細は本発明によるインプラントおよび方法に当てはまる。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施態様による複合材料の試験を示している。この試験は実施例でより詳細に説明される。
図2aおよび図2bは、本発明の第2の実施態様による複合材料を示している。この実施態様において、構造部1、生物活性粒子2および多孔質層3は上から見た図2aに見られるように縦、長方形の帯10で相互接続されている。帯10の長さL、高さHおよび幅Wがこれらの図に示されている。
図3は、本発明の第3の実施態様による複合材料を示している。この実施態様において、2つの多孔質部3および6は構造部1上に配置されている。生物活性粒子2および5は2つの接触面上に配置されていて且つこれら全ての部材は帯状の相互接続部4で相互接続されている。
2層の複合材料を、感光性開始剤−活性剤系を含有するbisGMA−TEGDMA(70:30wt%)のモノマー樹脂混合物で含浸したE−ガラス繊維織物(120g/m2)を用いて製造した。この樹脂含浸織物を複合材料用の高密度耐荷重性積層体を得るために4層で用いた。ガラス繊維:樹脂比は65wt%:35wt%であった。織物の4層を用いた高密度層である構造部の最終的な厚さは1mmであった。前記積層体を複合材料の外側表面の形に光重合した。
構造部と多孔質部との間に相互接続帯を用いた場合および用いない場合のいずれも実施例1で製造した2層複合材料を、相互接続帯の複合材料のせん断抵抗力への影響を明らかにするために試験した。構造部を、複合材料の外側表面からアクリル台に接合した。他の面は、多孔質部のみの樹脂マトリックスの光重合によって、あるいは実施例1に記載された相互接続帯を用いることによって、構造部に接続多孔質部を有していた。試験配置は図1に示されている。
Claims (19)
- 構造部、多孔質部、および互いに隔てて配置されて且つ構造部から多孔質部まで延びていて、そのため構造部と多孔質部とを互いに接続する少なくとも2つの相互接続部を有する複合材料であって、
各相互接続部が、幅および高さが独立して長さの最大でも20%である長さ、幅および高さを有する帯状であって、且つ
前記複数の相互接続部の少なくとも1つが少なくとも部分的に構造部および多孔質部に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする前記材料。 - 前記相互接続部の幅および高さが、独立して相互接続部の長さの最大でも15%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記構造部および前記多孔質部がいずれも繊維およびマトリックスを含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記構造部の体積当たりの繊維の量が、前記多孔質部の体積当たりの繊維の量より多いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記構造部の体積当たりのマトリックスの量が、前記多孔質部の体積当たりのマトリックスの量より多いことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記構造部の繊維が、織物又は一方向繊維のロービング状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記多孔質部の繊維が、チョップ繊維、任意配向繊維、織物あるいは立体繊維織りからなる群から選択される形状であるであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記相互接続部がマトリックスを含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記相互接続部がさらに充填材を含有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の複合材料。
- 複合材料がさらに修飾粒子を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 前記修飾粒子が複合材料の骨導電率を改良することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の複合材料。
- 前記修飾粒子が、生物活性セラミック、生物活性ガラス、シリカゲル、チタンゲル、シリカキセロゲル、シリカエーロゲル、ナトリウムシリカガラス、チタンゲル、生物活性ガラスアイオノマー、ヒドロキシアパタイト、Ca/Pドープシリカゲルおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の複合材料。
- 前記構造部、多孔質部および相互接続部のマトリックス材料が異なる量の同じ成分からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 複合材料が複数の相互接続部に配置された完成人工歯根をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 歯科および医療用途での、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の利用法。
- 前記利用法が、骨折の骨又は支持体の代替用であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の利用法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料を含むインプラント。
- さらに、幹細胞を含有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載のインプラント。
- 構造部、多孔質部および少なくとも2つの相互接続部を有する複合材料の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
a)構造部が製作されそして複合材料にとって必要な最終形状に成形され、そして少なくとも部分的に硬化される工程、
b)複数の相互接続部が形づくられそして互いに距離を置いて前記構造部上に置かれる工程、
c)多孔質部が製作され、前記構造部の形状に一致して成形されそして少なくとも部分的に硬化される工程、および
d)相互接続部と同じ側の構造部に前記多孔質部が押圧される工程
を含む、前記方法。
