Abstract
1. Применение состава, содержащего частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, для изготовления минимум одной детали регулирующего устройства (1) автомобиля, причем состав модифицирован для повышения ударопрочности путем добавки минимум одного эластомера с массовой долей от 1% до 10% от состава.2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит гексаметилендиамин.3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит терефталевую кислоту.4. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит минимум один сомономер.5. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид выполнен как РА6Т/ХТ.6. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 80% до 100% от состава.7. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 80% до 90% от состава.8. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 90% до 100% от состава.9. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав трибологически модифицирован путем добавки политетрафторэтилена с массовой долей от 1% до 10% от состава.10. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав не усилен дополнительно волокнами.11. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав, содержащий частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, имеет температуру стекло
Claims (14)
1. Применение состава, содержащего частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, для изготовления минимум одной детали регулирующего устройства (1) автомобиля, причем состав модифицирован для повышения ударопрочности путем добавки минимум одного эластомера с массовой долей от 1% до 10% от состава.
2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит гексаметилендиамин.
3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит терефталевую кислоту.
4. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид содержит минимум один сомономер.
5. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид выполнен как РА6Т/ХТ.
6. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 80% до 100% от состава.
7. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 80% до 90% от состава.
8. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид имеет массовую долю от 90% до 100% от состава.
9. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав трибологически модифицирован путем добавки политетрафторэтилена с массовой долей от 1% до 10% от состава.
10. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав не усилен дополнительно волокнами.
11. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав, содержащий частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, имеет температуру стеклования выше 115°С.
12. Применение по п.6, отличающееся тем, что состав, содержащий частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, имеет в температурном диапазоне от -40°С до 120°С модуль сдвига минимум в 650 МПа.
13. Применение по одному из предыдущих пунктов для изготовления минимум одного зубчатого колеса (130; 135; 136) приводного механизма (13) регулирующего устройства (1), одного направляющего элемента (32; 32'; 17) регулирующего устройства (1) и/или одного скользящего элемента (11; 16) регулирующего устройства (1).
14. Регулирующее устройство для изменения положения регулируемой детали автомобиля, у которого минимум одно зубчатое колесо (130; 135; 136) приводного механизма (13), один направляющий элемент (32; 32'; 17) и/или один скользящий элемент (11; 16) изготовлены из состава, содержащего частично кристаллический, частично ароматический полиамид, при этом состав модифицирован для повышения ударопрочности путем добавки минимум одного эластомера с массовой долей от 1% до 10% от состава.
