Abstract
1. Сорбент для удаления метаболических отходов из диалитической жидкости, включающий первый слой, состоящий из частиц иммобилизированного фермента, расщепляющего уремические токсины, смешанных с катионообменниками, ! отличающийся тем, что первый слой расположен внутри сорбента таким образом, что при его использовании потери давления диализата в первом слое зависят от размера частиц указанных катионообменников. ! 2. Сорбент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает второй слой, состоящий из катионообменников. ! 3. Сорбент по п.2, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает третий слой, состоящий из анионообменников, смешанных с частицами, абсорбирующими органические смеси. ! 4. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что второй слой располагают между указанным первым слоем и указанным третьим слоем. ! 5. Сорбент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные частицы фермента, расщепляющего уремические токсины, преобразуют мочевину в карбонат аммония. ! 6. Сорбент по п.5, отличающийся тем, что указанным ферментом, расщепляющим уремические токсины, является уреаза. ! 7. Сорбент по любому из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанными катионообменниками являются частицы фосфата циркония. ! 8. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанными анионообменниками являются частицы оксида циркония. ! 9. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанными частицами, абсорбирующими органические смеси, являются частицы активированного угля. ! 10. Сорбент по п.6, отличающийся тем, что уреазу иммобилизуют при помощи как минимум одного из следующих веществ: целлюлоза, нейлон, поликапролактон, хитозан. ! 11. Сорбент по п.8, отличающийся тем, чт
Claims (20)
1. Сорбент для удаления метаболических отходов из диалитической жидкости, включающий первый слой, состоящий из частиц иммобилизированного фермента, расщепляющего уремические токсины, смешанных с катионообменниками,
отличающийся тем, что первый слой расположен внутри сорбента таким образом, что при его использовании потери давления диализата в первом слое зависят от размера частиц указанных катионообменников.
2. Сорбент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает второй слой, состоящий из катионообменников.
3. Сорбент по п.2, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает третий слой, состоящий из анионообменников, смешанных с частицами, абсорбирующими органические смеси.
4. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что второй слой располагают между указанным первым слоем и указанным третьим слоем.
5. Сорбент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанные частицы фермента, расщепляющего уремические токсины, преобразуют мочевину в карбонат аммония.
6. Сорбент по п.5, отличающийся тем, что указанным ферментом, расщепляющим уремические токсины, является уреаза.
7. Сорбент по любому из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что указанными катионообменниками являются частицы фосфата циркония.
8. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанными анионообменниками являются частицы оксида циркония.
9. Сорбент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что указанными частицами, абсорбирующими органические смеси, являются частицы активированного угля.
10. Сорбент по п.6, отличающийся тем, что уреазу иммобилизуют при помощи как минимум одного из следующих веществ: целлюлоза, нейлон, поликапролактон, хитозан.
11. Сорбент по п.8, отличающийся тем, что указанным оксидом циркония является гидратированный оксид циркония.
12. Сорбент по п.6, отличающийся тем, что средний размер указанных частиц уреазы составляет от 10 мкм до 1000 мкм.
13. Сорбент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что средний размер указанных частиц фосфата циркония составляет от 10 мкм до 1000 мкм.
14. Сорбент по п.8, отличающийся тем, что средний размер указанных частиц оксида циркония составляет от 10 мкм до 1000 мкм.
15. Сорбент по п.9, отличающийся тем, что средний размер указанных частиц активированного угля составляет от 10 мкм до 1000 мкм.
16. Сорбент для удаления метаболических отходов из диалитической жидкости, включающий слой катионообменников, средний размер частиц которых составляет от 50 мкм до 200 мкм.
17. Сорбент для удаления метаболических отходов из диалитической жидкости, включающий:
первый слой, состоящий из частиц иммобилизированного фермента, расщепляющего уремические токсины, смешанных с катионообменниками; и
второго слоя, состоящего из катионообменников.
18. Сорбент по п.17, отличающийся тем, что средний размер указанных катионообменников составляет от 10 мкм до 1000 мкм.
19. Сорбент по любому из пп.1, 2, 17 или 18, отличающийся тем, что указанными катионообменниками являются абсорбенты аммиака.
20. Сорбент по любому из пп.1, 2, 17 или 18, отличающийся тем, что указанные катионообменники включают ионы металла, фосфат которого слаборастворим в воде.
