Abstract
1. Проводящий материал, включающий: ! проводящее нетканое полотно, содержащее первое волокно, скомбинированное со вторым волокном, причем первое волокно содержит проводящие волокна, причем проводящие волокна содержат углеродные волокна, причем второе волокно содержит волокна целлюлозы, синтетические волокна или их смеси, причем проводящие волокна присутствуют в нетканом полотне в количестве от около 5 вес.% до около 50 вес.%, и ! при этом проводящее нетканое полотно включает проводящие и непроводящие зоны, причем непроводящие зоны содержат обработанные ультразвуком участки. ! 2. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором непроводящие зоны имеют сопротивление, которое по меньшей мере в четыре раза превышает сопротивление проводящих зон. ! 3. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором вторые волокна включают содержат волокна целлюлозы. ! 4. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором вторичные волокна включают в себя синтетические волокна, причем синтетические волокна сформированы из термопластичного полимера. ! 5. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором проводящие зоны и непроводящие зоны формируют электрическую схему в полотне. ! 6. Claims (19)
1. Проводящий материал, включающий:
проводящее нетканое полотно, содержащее первое волокно, скомбинированное со вторым волокном, причем первое волокно содержит проводящие волокна, причем проводящие волокна содержат углеродные волокна, причем второе волокно содержит волокна целлюлозы, синтетические волокна или их смеси, причем проводящие волокна присутствуют в нетканом полотне в количестве от около 5 вес.% до около 50 вес.%, и
при этом проводящее нетканое полотно включает проводящие и непроводящие зоны, причем непроводящие зоны содержат обработанные ультразвуком участки.
2. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором непроводящие зоны имеют сопротивление, которое по меньшей мере в четыре раза превышает сопротивление проводящих зон.
3. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором вторые волокна включают содержат волокна целлюлозы.
4. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором вторичные волокна включают в себя синтетические волокна, причем синтетические волокна сформированы из термопластичного полимера.
5. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором проводящие зоны и непроводящие зоны формируют электрическую схему в полотне.
6. Проводящий материал по п.1, в котором проводящее полотно соединено со вторым проводящим полотном, причем обработанные ультразвуком участки области соединяют первое полотно со вторым полотном.
7. Проводящий материал по п.6, в котором обработанные ультразвуком участки формируют электрическое соединение между первым проводящим полотном и вторичным проводящим полотном смежно непроводящим зонам.
8. Электронный коммутатор, содержащий проводящее нетканое полотно, образованное по любому из предыдущих пунктов, причем проводящее нетканое полотно разнесено от противоположного проводящего слоя и при этом электрическое соединение формируется между проводящим нетканым полотном и противоположным проводящим слоем, когда проводящее нетканое полотно и противоположный проводящий слой прижаты друг к другу.
9. Электронный коммутатор, по п.8, в котором противоположный проводящий слой содержит второе проводящее нетканое полотно.
10. Электронный коммутатор по п.8, в котором непроводящий слой расположен между проводящим нетканым полотном и противоположным проводящим слоем, причем непроводящий слой включает отверстие, через которое осуществляется электрическое соединение между проводящим нетканым полотном и противоположным проводящим слоем, когда проводящее нетканое полотно и противоположный проводящий слой спрессованы вместе.
11. Электронное изделие, содержащее:
внешнюю поверхность, предназначенную для расположения множества клавиш;
первый проводящий слой, расположенный под клавишами;
второй проводящий слой, разнесенный от первого проводящего слоя и, в котором, при нажатии одной из клавиш, создается электрическое соединение между первым проводящим слоем и вторым проводящим слоем; и
при этом первый проводящий слой или второй проводящий слой содержат проводящее нетканое полотно по пп.1-6 или 7.
12. Электронное изделие по п.11, дополнительно содержащее непроводящий слой, расположенный между первым проводящим слоем и вторым проводящим слоем, причем непроводящий слой образует множество отверстий, соответствующих расположению каждой клавиши, расположенной на внешней поверхности.
13. Электронное изделие по п.12, в котором внешняя поверхность содержит поверхность первого проводящего слоя, причем первый проводящий слой содержит проводящее нетканое полотно, в котором множество кнопок нанесены печатью на внешней поверхности проводящего нетканого полотна.
14. Электронное изделие по п.11, дополнительно содержащий покрывающий слой и нижний слой, причем первый проводящий слой и второй проводящий слой расположены между покрывающим слоем и нижним слоем, причем покрывающий слой образует внешнюю поверхность, на которой расположено множество клавиш.
15. Проводящий материал по пп.1-6 или 7, в котором проводящее нетканое полотно содержит углеродные волокна в сочетании с синтетическими волокнами, причем проводящее нетканое полотно содержит полотно совместного формования или гидравлически переплетенное полотно.
16. Предмет одежды, включающий в себя электронный коммутатор по п.8.
17. Светящийся символ включающий электронный коммутатор по п.8.
18. Устройство радиочастотной модификации, включающее симметричную антенну сконструированную из проводящего материала по пп.1-6 или 7.
