Description
図1は、本発明の一つの実施の形態に係る照明装置の概略構成図である。
上述の実施の形態では、炭素繊維とガラス繊維とを編んだ混合繊維を混抄したけれども、本発明の他の実施の形態として、紙原料に対して炭素繊維のみを混抄してもよい。

Claims (3)
- 電子放出陰極と、蛍光体を有する陽極と、からなる二極構造を備える照明装置であって、前記陽極の材料は、紙原料に導電性粒子が混合されたものと、炭素繊維と、を含むものであり、前記電子放出陰極は線状であり、前記陽極は面状であり、前記蛍光体は前記紙原料に混合されたものであることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 電子放出陰極と、蛍光体を有する陽極と、からなる二極構造を備える照明装置であって、前記陽極の材料は、紙原料に炭素繊維を混抄して得られた炭素繊維混抄紙であり、前記電子放出陰極は線状であり、前記陽極は面状であり、前記蛍光体は前記紙原料に混合されたものであることを特徴とする照明装置。
- 前記炭素繊維混抄紙は、前記炭素繊維に加えてガラス繊維を共に混抄したものである請求項2記載の照明装置。
