Abstract

1. Емкость, содержащая уплотнение или крышку, включающую отверстие или окно в упомянутую емкость или выполненную с возможностью его обеспечения, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно обеспечивает при использовании введение под давлением по меньшей мере одной текучей среды, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно дополнительно выполнено с возможностью герметизации, под давлением, при использовании, чтобы обеспечить повышенное внутреннее давление в емкости. ! 2. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутую по меньшей мере одну текучую среду вводят под давлением, и упомянутое отверстие или окно выполнено с возможностью герметизации при сжатии. ! 3. Емкость по п.2, в которой упомянутое уплотнение или крышку устанавливают временно таким образом, что упомянутое отверстие или окно образуется посредством неполной герметизации между уплотнением или крышкой и горловиной емкости. ! 4. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутое уплотнение или крышка содержит временное уплотнительное средство после заполнения емкости, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно выполнено с возможностью доступа в по существу стерильных условиях для обеспечения введения упомянутой по меньшей мере одной текучей среды. ! 5. Емкость по п.4, в которой упомянутая по меньшей мере одна текучая среда является нагретой и/или стерильной, а упомянутое отверстие или окно дополнительно выполнено с возможностью герметизации в по существу стерильных условиях, чтобы обеспечить упомянутое контролируемое повышение внутреннего давления. ! 6. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутой по меньшей мере одной текучей средой является нагретая жидкость или газ, введенный через упомянутое отв�

Claims (18)

1. Емкость, содержащая уплотнение или крышку, включающую отверстие или окно в упомянутую емкость или выполненную с возможностью его обеспечения, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно обеспечивает при использовании введение под давлением по меньшей мере одной текучей среды, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно дополнительно выполнено с возможностью герметизации, под давлением, при использовании, чтобы обеспечить повышенное внутреннее давление в емкости.
2. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутую по меньшей мере одну текучую среду вводят под давлением, и упомянутое отверстие или окно выполнено с возможностью герметизации при сжатии.
3. Емкость по п.2, в которой упомянутое уплотнение или крышку устанавливают временно таким образом, что упомянутое отверстие или окно образуется посредством неполной герметизации между уплотнением или крышкой и горловиной емкости.
4. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутое уплотнение или крышка содержит временное уплотнительное средство после заполнения емкости, причем упомянутое отверстие или окно выполнено с возможностью доступа в по существу стерильных условиях для обеспечения введения упомянутой по меньшей мере одной текучей среды.
5. Емкость по п.4, в которой упомянутая по меньшей мере одна текучая среда является нагретой и/или стерильной, а упомянутое отверстие или окно дополнительно выполнено с возможностью герметизации в по существу стерильных условиях, чтобы обеспечить упомянутое контролируемое повышение внутреннего давления.
6. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутой по меньшей мере одной текучей средой является нагретая жидкость или газ, введенный через упомянутое отверстие или окно.
7. Емкость по п.6, в которой упомянутое отверстие или окно выполнено с возможностью постоянного закрытия после введения упомянутой жидкости или газа.
8. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутая крышка выполнена с возможностью сжатия внутри горловины емкости в направлении к ее внутренней части.
9. Емкость по п.1, в которой упомянутое отверстие или окно включает клапан, выполненный с возможностью работы для открытия и закрытия упомянутого отверстия или окна.
10. Способ заполнения емкости текучей средой, включающий введение текучей среды через открытый конец емкости, так что она по меньшей мере по существу заполняет емкость, нагревание текучей среды до или после ее введения в емкость, обеспечение уплотнения или крышки, содержащей отверстие или окно, подачу по меньшей мере одной текучей среды через отверстие или окно, и герметизацию отверстия или окна под давлением с возможностью компенсации дополнительного снижения давления в свободном пространстве емкости под уплотнением или крышкой при охлаждении нагретого содержимого.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором упомянутую по меньшей мере одну текучую среду перемещают через отверстие или окно под давлением.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором емкость размещают в средстве приложения давления.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором емкость размещают в стерилизующем средстве, а текучей средой является нагретая жидкость, вводимая через отверстие или окно.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором отверстие или окно снабжено временным или частичным уплотнением, через которое обеспечивают упомянутую по меньшей мере одну текучую среду.
15. Способ по п.10, в котором горловину емкости снабжают сжимающейся крышкой, подвижной внутри горловины по направлению к нагретому содержимому, перед тем, как нагретое содержимое охладится.
16. Устройство для заполнения емкости по любому из пп.1-9 или для осуществления способа по любому из пп.10-15.
17. Емкость, заполненная способом по любому из пп.10-15 или устройством по п.16.
18. Крышка для емкости, выполненная для использования с емкостью по любому из пп.1-9 или способом по любому из пп.10-15, или устройством по п.16.
