Abstract

L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de traitement en surpression du contenu d'un contenant après remplissage à chaud, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : - Remplissage à chaud du contenant, à une température détruisant les microorganismes pathogènes, soit au moins 73°C, - Fermeture dudit contenant par des moyens de bouchage, - Refroidissement à une température inférieure à 73°C, - Introduction d'un fluide dans l'espace de tête par un trou, ménagé à travers les moyens de bouchage, de façon à obtenir une pression résiduelle supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, - Obturation dudit trou des moyens de bouchage. L'invention couvre aussi le dispositif associé.
