Description
Claims (10)
- 飲用液体又は半液体内容物を有する高分子材料の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法であって、
前記容器を飲用液体又は半液体内容物で充填するステップと、
単一物質ストッパを使用して前記容器を閉栓するステップと、
前記単一物質ストッパ上にカバーを密封的に当接させるステップであって、前記カバー内には穴開け手段、注入手段及びシール手段が配置されている、ステップと、
前記穴開け手段により前記単一物質ストッパを通して穴を開けるステップと、
前記穴開け手段により前記単一物質ストッパを通して開けられた前記穴を通して、前記注入手段によりヘッドスペース内に流体を導入するステップであって、それにより前記ヘッドスペースに大気圧以上の残留圧力を得るステップと、
前記単一物質ストッパの材料を溶融させることによって前記単一物質ストッパ内の前記穴を前記シール手段により封止するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記容器を飲用液体又は半液体内容物で充填する前記ステップが、前記容器を飲用液体又は半液体内容物で高温充填することを含み、前記流体は、45℃より低い温度に冷却した後に前記ヘッドスペースに導入される、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 前記流体の導入圧力が、前記容器の前記ヘッドスペース内に101kPa(1.01bar)と250kPa(2.5bar)の間の残留圧力を生成するように適合されている、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 前記流体が不活性滅菌ガスである、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 前記流体を導入するステップ及び前記封止するステップが無菌環境内で行われる、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 前記流体の導入がニードルを使用して行われ、また前記ニードルの導入前に前記単一物質ストッパの外表面の化学的滅菌及び熱滅菌のうちの一方を伴う、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 前記流体が前記穴開け手段を通して加えられる、請求項1に記載の容器内の圧力を制御するための方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法を実施するためのデバイスであって、前記デバイスが、カバー上に配置された複合手段を有し、前記複合手段が、
穴を開けるための手段と、
前記穴を通して流体を注入するための手段と、
穴を溶融させることにより封止するための手段と
を有し、
前記穴開け手段及び前記封止手段は、それらの変位軸線XX’及びYY’が、前記ストッパの材料内に配置される点Pで交差するように配置されている、
デバイス。 - 封止手段による前記溶融が、高温カニューレを含む、請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記高温カニューレが、凹状ボウル形状の端部を有する、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
