Abstract
1. Способ обессеривания сырья, содержащего кислородсодержащие соединения, углеводородсодержащие соединения и серосодержащие органические соединения, улавливанием серы на улавливающей массе, содержащей оксиды железа или оксиды цинка и более 20 мас.% феррита цинка, причем вышеупомянутый способ осуществляют в присутствии водорода при температуре, находящейся в интервале от 200 до 400°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,2 до 3,5 МПа. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,5 до 3 МПа. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором часовая объемная скорость очищаемого сырья находится в интервале от 0,1 до 10 ч-1. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором объемное отношение водород/сырье находится в интервале от 5 до 500. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,2 до 3,5 МПа, часовая объемная скорость очищаемого сырья находится в интервале от 0,1 до 10 ч-1, и объемное отношение водород/сырье находится в интервале от 5 до 500. ! 7. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором сырье содержит алифатические, циклические и/или ароматические серосодержащие соединения. ! 8. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором соединение содержит более 80 мас.% феррита цинка. ! 9. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором соединение содержит более 98 мас.% феррита цинка. ! 10. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором кислородсодержащие соединения представляют собой метанол и/или этанол.
Claims (10)
1. Способ обессеривания сырья, содержащего кислородсодержащие соединения, углеводородсодержащие соединения и серосодержащие органические соединения, улавливанием серы на улавливающей массе, содержащей оксиды железа или оксиды цинка и более 20 мас.% феррита цинка, причем вышеупомянутый способ осуществляют в присутствии водорода при температуре, находящейся в интервале от 200 до 400°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,2 до 3,5 МПа.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,5 до 3 МПа.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором часовая объемная скорость очищаемого сырья находится в интервале от 0,1 до 10 ч-1.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором объемное отношение водород/сырье находится в интервале от 5 до 500.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором давление находится в интервале от 0,2 до 3,5 МПа, часовая объемная скорость очищаемого сырья находится в интервале от 0,1 до 10 ч-1, и объемное отношение водород/сырье находится в интервале от 5 до 500.
7. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором сырье содержит алифатические, циклические и/или ароматические серосодержащие соединения.
8. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором соединение содержит более 80 мас.% феррита цинка.
9. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором соединение содержит более 98 мас.% феррита цинка.
10. Способ по одному из пп.1-6, в котором кислородсодержащие соединения представляют собой метанол и/или этанол.
