Abstract

1. Устройство, содержащее камеру, в которую может быть введено вещество, и термопластичную часть, соединенную с камерой с возможностью контактирования с веществом, находящимся в камере, при этом термопластичная часть содержит участок, в котором элементом для инъекций может быть выполнен прокол с образованием в нем отверстия, который выполнен с возможностью восстановления герметичности под воздействием тепла и способен герметично закрывать отверстие под воздействием лазерного излучения с заданной длиной волны, при этом стенки термопластичной части имеют заданную толщину в аксиальном направлении, при этом термопластичная часть содержит: (i) первый полимерный материал в первом количестве по весу, содержащий блоксополимер стирола и обладающий первым удлинением, (ii) второй полимерный материал во втором количестве по весу, которое меньше первого количества, который содержит, по крайней мере, одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей этилен α-олефины, полиолефины и олефины, и обладает вторым удлинением, которое меньше первого удлинения, (iii) пигмент в количестве, которое позволяет корпусу в значительной степени поглощать излучение лазера заданной длины волны и в значительной степени предотвращать прохождение излучения через стенки заданной толщины, и позволяет герметично закрывать отверстие, выполненное в участке, в котором может быть выполнен прокол, (iv) смазочное вещество в количестве, которое уменьшает силу трения в месте контакта элемента для инъекций и корпуса при его прокалывании. ! 2. Claims (18)

1. Устройство, содержащее камеру, в которую может быть введено вещество, и термопластичную часть, соединенную с камерой с возможностью контактирования с веществом, находящимся в камере, при этом термопластичная часть содержит участок, в котором элементом для инъекций может быть выполнен прокол с образованием в нем отверстия, который выполнен с возможностью восстановления герметичности под воздействием тепла и способен герметично закрывать отверстие под воздействием лазерного излучения с заданной длиной волны, при этом стенки термопластичной части имеют заданную толщину в аксиальном направлении, при этом термопластичная часть содержит: (i) первый полимерный материал в первом количестве по весу, содержащий блоксополимер стирола и обладающий первым удлинением, (ii) второй полимерный материал во втором количестве по весу, которое меньше первого количества, который содержит, по крайней мере, одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей этилен α-олефины, полиолефины и олефины, и обладает вторым удлинением, которое меньше первого удлинения, (iii) пигмент в количестве, которое позволяет корпусу в значительной степени поглощать излучение лазера заданной длины волны и в значительной степени предотвращать прохождение излучения через стенки заданной толщины, и позволяет герметично закрывать отверстие, выполненное в участке, в котором может быть выполнен прокол, (iv) смазочное вещество в количестве, которое уменьшает силу трения в месте контакта элемента для инъекций и корпуса при его прокалывании.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что первый материал обладает более высокой температурой плавления, чем второй материал.
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что первое количество составляет от примерно 80 до примерно 97% по весу, а второе количество составляет от примерно 3 до примерно 20% по весу.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что первый материал обладает первым удлинением, которое составляет, по крайней мере, примерно 75% при примерно 10 фунтах.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что заданная длина волны составляет примерно 980 нм.
6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что количество пигмента находится от примерно 0,3 до примерно 0,6% по весу.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что смазочное вещество выбрано из группы, включающей в себя силикон, минеральное масло и силиконовое масло.
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что смазочное вещество представляет собой силиконовое масло и количество смазочного вещества находится от примерно 0,4 до примерно 0,6% по весу.
9. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что его используют в комбинации с иглой, которую вводят через термопластичную часть, при этом игла содержит полый конически заостренный конец, угол которого составляет от примерно 15 до примерно 25°.
10. Устройство с иглой по п.9, отличающееся тем, что игла содержит внешнюю поверхность с низким коэффициентом трения для уменьшения силы трения между термопластичной частью и иглой при ее введении.
11. Устройство с иглой по п.10, отличающееся тем, что поверхность с низким коэффициентом трения выбрана из группы, включающей в себя поверхность из карбида вольфрама, поверхность из нержавеющей стали, отполированной посредством электричества, и поверхность из титана.
12. Способ изготовления и заполнения устройства веществом, в котором выполняют следующие стадии: используют устройство, содержащее камеру и термопластичную часть, содержащую участок, в котором иглой может быть выполнен прокол с образованием в нем отверстия от иглы, который выполнен с возможностью восстановления герметичности под воздействием тепла и способен герметично закрывать отверстие от иглы под воздействием лазерного излучения с заранее заданной длиной волны, при этом термопластичная часть дополнительно содержит термопластичный корпус с заданной толщиной стенок в аксиальном направлении, при этом корпус содержит: (i) первый термопластичный материал в первом количестве по весу, содержащий блоксополимер стирола и обладающий первым удлинением, (ii) второй термопластичный материал во втором количестве по весу, которое меньше первого количества, который содержит, по крайней мере, одно вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей этилен α-олефины, полиолефины и олефины, и обладает вторым удлинением, которое меньше первого удлинения, (iii) заданное количество пигмента, что позволяет корпусу в значительной степени поглощать излучение лазера заданной длины волны и в значительной степени предотвращать прохождение излучения через стенки заданной толщины; используют иглу, содержащую полый конически заостренный конец и, по крайней мере, одно отверстие для жидкости, расположенное вблизи конца иглы, при этом игла связана с источником вещества, в участок термопластичной части, в котором иглой может быть выполнен прокол, вводят конически заостренный конец иглы таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возможность введения жидкости в камеру устройства через отверстие иглы, и таким образом, чтобы в значительной степени предотвратить образование частиц термопластичного материала, которые могут попасть в камеру при выполнении прокола иглой; в место контакта иглы и заглушки вводят смазочное вещество для уменьшения силы трения между этими элементами; посредством иглы в камеру устройства вводят вещество, извлекают иглу из участка, в котором иглой может быть выполнен прокол, таким образом, чтобы в значительной степени предотвратить образование частиц термопластичного материала, которые могут попасть в камеру при извлечении иглы; на участок термопластичной части, в котором иглой выполнен прокол, направляют лазерное излучение с заданной длиной волны и герметично закрывают отверстие от иглы, образованное в участке, в котором иглой выполнен прокол.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что стадия использования устройства включает в себя использование термопластичной части, содержащей первый материал в первом количестве от примерно 80 до примерно 97% по весу и второй материал во втором количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 20% по весу, а стадия введения смазочного вещества включает в себя (i) введение в термопластичную часть заданного количества смазочного вещества, которое уменьшает силу трения в месте контакта иглы и термопластичной части, (ii) смазывание смазочным веществом иглы.
14. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно выполняют стадию формования термопластичной части и корпуса устройства, содержащего камеру, из пластика в условиях в основном ламинарного потока, при этом, до того как охладить до комнатной температуры термопластичную часть и корпус, их соединяют вместе с образованием герметичной, стерильной, не содержащей пирогены камеры.
15. Способ, в котором выполняют следующие стадии: формуют корпус, содержащий камеру, в условиях в основном ламинарного потока; сразу же за формованием корпуса формуют термопластичную часть в условиях в основном ламинарного потока таким образом, чтобы термопластичная часть содержала участок, в котором элементом для заполнения может быть выполнен прокол, который выполнен с возможностью восстановления герметичности под воздействием тепла и способен герметично закрывать отверстие под воздействием лазерного излучения с заранее заданной длиной волны; при этом, до того как охладить до комнатной температуры термопластичную часть и корпус, их соединяют вместе с тем, чтобы изготовить устройство, содержащее стерильную камеру, герметичную по отношению к окружающей атмосфере; в участок термопластичной части, в котором может быть выполнен прокол, вводят элемент для заполнения таким образом, чтобы обеспечить возможность введения жидкости через элемент для заполнения в камеру устройства; посредством элемента для заполнения в камеру устройства вводят вещество, извлекают элемент для заполнения из термопластичной части; на отверстие, образованное в участке термопластичной части, в котором может быть выполнен прокол, направляют лазерное излучение с заданной длиной волны и герметично закрывают отверстие.
16. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что стадия соединения включает в себя соединение корпуса и термопластичной части при бактерицидной температуре.
17. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что на стадии соединения используют зажим для удерживания множества термопластичных частей в контакте с множеством корпусов или для удерживания множества корпусов в контакте с множеством термопластичных частей.
18. Способ по п.15, отличающийся тем, что вещество выбрано из группы, включающей пищевые продукты, косметические продукты и медикаменты.
