Abstract
1. Способ получения акриловой кислоты из пропилена, включающий первую стадию окисления пропилена до акролеина и вторую стадию окисления акролеина до акриловой кислоты, отличающийся тем, что он включает стадию дегидратации глицерина, осуществляемую в присутствии газа, содержащего пропилен. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой реакционный газ, выходящий со стадии окисления пропилена до акролеина. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что реакцию дегидратации осуществляют в газовой фазе в присутствии катализатора. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина. ! 5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина. ! 6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что глицерин вводят в жидком или газообразном виде. ! 7. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что используют глицерин в чистом виде, или в виде концентрированного или разбавленного раствора. ! 8. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что окисление пропилена осуществляют в присутствии избытка тепла.
Claims (8)
1. Способ получения акриловой кислоты из пропилена, включающий первую стадию окисления пропилена до акролеина и вторую стадию окисления акролеина до акриловой кислоты, отличающийся тем, что он включает стадию дегидратации глицерина, осуществляемую в присутствии газа, содержащего пропилен.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что газ, содержащий пропилен, представляет собой реакционный газ, выходящий со стадии окисления пропилена до акролеина.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что реакцию дегидратации осуществляют в газовой фазе в присутствии катализатора.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина.
5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что добавляют молекулярный кислород на стадии дегидратации глицерина.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что глицерин вводят в жидком или газообразном виде.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что используют глицерин в чистом виде, или в виде концентрированного или разбавленного раствора.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что окисление пропилена осуществляют в присутствии избытка тепла.
