Claims (5)
1. Способ получения соединения (мет)акриловой кислоты, включающий вступление в реакцию сырьевой газовой смеси путем каталитического окисления в паровой фазе в окислительном реакторе для получения (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты, отличающийся тем, что температуру сырьевой газовой смеси, подаваемой в окислительный реактор, поддерживают, по меньшей мере, на уровне температуры конденсации сырьевой газовой смеси.
2. Способ получения соединения (мет)акриловой кислоты по п.1, в котором трубопровод для подачи сырьевой газовой смеси из смесителя сырьевых веществ в окислительный реактор нагревают и/или поддерживают в нагретом состоянии.
3. Способ получения соединения (мет)акриловой кислоты по п.1, в котором температура сырьевой газовой смеси, подаваемой в окислительный реактор, не превышает 260°С.
4. Способ получения соединения (мет)акриловой кислоты по п.1, в котором температуру сырьевой газовой смеси, подаваемой в окислительный реактор, поддерживают на уровне, превышающем на 5-25°С температуру конденсации сырьевой газовой смеси.
5. Способ получения соединения (мет)акриловой кислоты по п.1, в котором состав сырьевой газовой смеси включает от 5 до 13 об.% пропилена, пропана или изобутилена, от 37 до 87 об.% воздуха, от 3 до 26 об.% пара и от 0 до 55 об.% азота.
